Although…read moremy tax return was handled quickly and efficiently, I feel the need to comment on some areas that need improvement. When I was notified that my return was completed I was told I could pick it up. However, I wasn't told about their unique hours. Apparently, they don't have a 9 to 5, Monday to Friday schedule. You have to call ahead. The Manahawkin office looks like a house converted to an office. There is no sign indicating their hours AND no sign that you have to enter at the back of the building. I ended up wasting 2 trips without getting my return. As a first time customer, this is a poor way to get new business. They need to know that first impressions are key.

Be upfront with all the doctors and if you truly need help you will get it. I had 5 dollars in my bank account when I got that first payment. I haven't worked, this has been going on for almost 2 years but that was my fault trying to do it myself . Was 100% better with counseling. GOOD LUCK WITH YOR CASE but like I said hire Kathleen Dotoli from Tom's River. Her law office is 225 Washington street, rear bldg, Tom's River, N.J. Make sure you go to The building in the back.
