The process also involved multiple delays and reschedules, and despite trying to be understanding about weather and equipment issues, the final result still left us dealing with additional cleanup problems and unresolved concerns. I called them and my call was answered by Brittany in the office who was so friendly and accommodating. I told her that we needed 2 large limbs removed before a shed was to be delivered. It turned out that the shed was delivered a day early and was put in its place right underneath the limbs that needed to be removed. Luke came out promptly and carefully removed both limbs that were in a tricky spot hanging over the new shed. He did an excellent job!
