We were told that it would look like new but it doesn't. Because they just spray the tile and the grout so if your grout is pitted or uneven or is overly stained you can see that come through when the floor has been finished. She recommended one company, but when I contacted them, their price was astronomical. I contacted other places to see if that price was the norm. In fact, it WAS NOT. I got several quotes - and when said and done, Dr. Resurface had a competitive price (MORE THAN REASONABLE), and they also offered the best warranty. They came out on the day as planned. I don't live in the house yet so the tech had to let himself in. I got there near the end of the job so I could see it and pay him. It looked AMAZING, not like the same tub AT ALL... I'm so excited to have this "new" tub! I can also say, they are super responsive. It never took long for someone to get back to me to answer questions or even to get the initial estimate.
