Terrible company! Takes your money and runs! Big talkers and you get nothing! Took 9000 and gave back 3500 only, no labor, no materials!

I contracted to replace shingles, install all new windows, and renovate the bathroom. I received new shingles, all but two windows, and nothing for the bathroom! Now, the company will not complete the bathroom despite my purchasing supplies and will not respond regarding the two windows I paid for, which have still not been installed, nor have I received them. I hired them to renovate a 1 bedroom co-op that was my Uncle's. They did an amazing job. The estimate was in line and not exaggerated. They are clean, professional and did the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them over and over again. They are very familiar with renovations. They worked with the Co-Op board to get approval to renovate. Overall, I will be recommending them every chance I get. That is how beautiful it came out. Complete sham of a business, worked there and couldn't believe their sales pitch to trick homeowners into thinking anything that they're doing is adding value to your home. Owner has sank and bankrupted multiple other businesses because he tricked older homeowners, took their money and never started the job. He's in debt up to his ears and will take any money from you he can. He's a creep and will know where you live and won't let you go until he bleeds you dry. I scheduled an appointment with Right Choice for a roofing estimate. I explained to Samantha that I would be driving for 3+ hours each way to get to the house and asked her that if they were unable to show up, to LET ME KNOW in advance of Friday. She assured me (and even text me) that she put a note on the account regarding such and they would let me know if they were unable to make it. I called to confirm the day before the appointment and drove up to the house. Nobody showed up. I called Right Choice and 5 days later I got a response indicating the Samantha no longer works there and they didn't know they had an appointment Saturday. By the way, this supposed ex-employee called me back on Saturday at 6:17pm and let the phone ring once and hung up. She WAS employed as of Saturday as evidenced by my phone log and text messages. read more

Had right choice give an quote on a living window gave them 1,600 back in July 2023, called several times to see what they are doing just keep getting the run around saying they will call back. Never get a call back, so I asked for them to return the money and they refuse. Next step is to proceed legal action against them. They seem to scam alot of people for money. read more

Do not recommend - awful customer service. I paid for a window in full on July 8, 2022 in order to receive a discount. Per the contract, the window should have been installed within 8-14 weeks. I called the company numerous times for updates. Every call since resulted in the reply that my concern would be passed along to the front office and someone would call me back - I have not received any calls nor replies to my emails. I asked for a refund in January, February, and in April, also with no follow up/feedback. I have since disputed the charge on my credit card and filed a complaint with the BBB. They are the absolute worst. Should have fired them the day we hired them. We had 11 windows put in. The salesmen outright lied about the insulating they do during installment, it's standard squirt can expanding foam. They lied & said they replace our rotted sills but they just put the plastic/composition windows over the rotted bug infested sill so now we will likely have issues in the walls. Next the guy that was suppose to measure for accuracy was the first no show no call. They finally got the windows ready & the installer was another no show no call for the first day of installation. The office lied when I called & said he stepped on glass at the warehouse & had to go to the ER for medical care. They called & rescheduled the next install date. Finally they showed up in November and it was snowing in the house on one of the days they were finally installing the windows. The employee gave a totally different excuse for his unprofessional no show no call on the original date for installation so now I knew they absolutely lie to customers. Then I saw the insulation & sill replacement was not done as their salesman claimed it would be, NOT even close to what he claimed to make a sale. Finally after all the asshole service we received they never did the final inspection as was promised or even showed us how the windows operate for cleaning etc. A window was installed crooked & they won't even return my calls requesting it be corrected. DO NOT HIRE THESE LIARS. RUN FROM THIS NIGHTMARE SCAM BUSINESS. We are going to contact an attorney to have them at least fix the crooked window because they don't return our calls requesting it be installed correctly. They should be shut down for fraud. read more

I paid for a new roof and I was lied to about how it was going to be done. I was told that any wet insulation or rotted wood would be replaced. The workers left a huge mess. They leaned trash against my shed door and left it for about a week. They walked into my porch, took my extension cord and left it plugged in and laying in my flower garden. I have water still dripping inside my house. When I talked to someone about he said he didn't know why his sales representative told me that they would replace the insulation. Except that was part of the guarantee on his sales pitch. They picked up their trash. Except now I notice a bunch of debris sitting on top of my water heater. And when I look up I can see daylight coming through the ceiling inside my house. I called and left 2 messages and nobody has called back. I paid this company $25k because I thought I was paying for professionalism and quality. What I got were lies and poor quality work. I feel violated. read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE conduct your due diligence before engaging this company for any services. I received an in-home estimate for granite countertops (50 square feet). Wait for it...$250 per square foot!! Yes. $12,500!! Seriously? What planet are you on? Also, be prepared for a 3 hour meeting for you in-home consultation so they can make their pitch. On the bright side, they'll knock off a few hundred off the price if you let them put an advertising sign in your yard. HAHAHAHA! Thanks, but I'll take a HARD PASS! read more
