They are so kind, caring, well mannered and very professional. The total opposite of Ruby. People like her do not belong in a caregiving setting what so ever. Hopefully her boss sees this one day.

The only complaint I have is getting to the office in Allentown. The entrance isn't well marked and is close to an intersection. If you miss it, you have to go around the block, there's only one entrance. I would highly recommend this office.

She helps me stay focused and has really shown me ways to improve functioning with hand tremors, dropping things, etc. I don't have all of the names of every outstanding staff member (setting up appointments, checking in etc). Everyone is phenomenal. Thalia and Isabel made me feel completely at ease. I haven't been able to go for awhile due to some medication interactions. It's happened again. I was given a date and time to see my pain specialist for a knee injection. I…read morewas given this appointment 2 weeks before and I was anxious to have have the shot to relieve my extreme pain. When I got there the receptionist told me they never scheduled the appointment.. I had taken the day off from work and had my wife do the driving. Compounding that, I was supposed to have a phone conference the day before which never occurred. This isn't the first time Lehigh Valley Health Network did this. Their merger as to better health care management is a failure! To top it off, they told me the manager would call me to straighten this out. You guessed it, she never called-exactly as she did (didn't) do before. If you have an appointment with anyone from LVHN/Jefferson don't count on it! Be sure to call a day or two ahead to confirm as they are unable to control their schedules! They will always say it wasn't their fault!

The last one, McKenzie, was leaving my mothers apartment filthy - food trash everywhere. We were in regular contact with Sean about our concerns. He would apologize and promise to "talk to her." Never once did he come by and observe what was going on. We finally decided to go with another agency. Apparently McKenzie didn't like this so she left an enormous urine puddle in her bedroom - soaked through the carpet and pad to the sub floor. Then, a few weeks later, we find out she stole my mother's credit card info and has charged $600 dollars to it (that we know of so far). Sean is putting vulnerable seniors lives at risk by hiring any warm body to fill a position so he can make money. He'll pay lip service and apologize but don't expect him to actually do anything.
