I purchased my first and second hearing aids from Hear Pa. I was extremely satisfied with the…read moreservice and professional staff. The left hearing aid of the second set did not fit perfectly. It was sent to the manufacturer several times for an adjustment. Each time it was better but not quite right. I told Todd that I supposed I would have to get used to it as it was. He said "definitely not" and that he would make sure that it was perfect. . . and he did. Mary Anne Stinner

I've worn a pair of Starkey hearing aids from Hear Pa for over 5 years. But they weren't working…read morewell any longer and I was having a tough time hearing in normal situations. Especially womens voices and our 5 year old grandchidren. (My wife and I worried that my hearing had degraded). So I made an appointment with the Hear Pa office in Allentown. (Previously had purchased from group in Hackettstown NJ and in Merrills Creek area of PA.) All offices have Nice people - very nice. But the Allentown Dr. immediately told me that my old aids couldn't be adjusted to perform any better and I needed a new pair. Because of my excessive sweating he said he only thought I should get a pair of C-I-C aides. He assured me that they would be able to make sure I wouldn't feel "occluded" and hearing my own voice or chewing. He remarked that the pair would run me about $6500.00. (This is what I remember). There was no discount because I was a Hear PA customer - nor was there any trade in value for my old pair. (But they mentioned I should hold the old pair as a backup spare. Why? if it's no good?) I had already gotten an estimate from Miracle Ear for the top of their line aids....and it came in at $6700.00. After researching the internet I now understand that $6700 & $6500 are pretty high in regards to 2017 prices! I felt former Hear PA customers should be given more consideration in mfg. choices and cost. I never got a chance to ask about Sr, Citizens discounts. I left pretty disappointed. I've decided to buy from neither Hear PA nor Miracle Ear, but selected another Hearing Aid provider in a professional setting, who allowed me to wear and "test drive" 3 different manufacturers hearing aids for a week each. Then "fine tuned" the set which performed the best for me and made sure they performed as advertised. My final cost was just over $5000 with every bell and whistle I could ahve gotten from both of the other companies - with a 3 year warrenty and 3 years of new free batteries and adjustments if needed. I'm very happy now. bigeasy51
