This delayed receiving outpatient physical therapy and inability to get diabetic test strips as Medicare still said in receipt of home health.They argued repeatedly about ordering the test strips while receiving care which is what is supposed to occur. Had to pay out of pocket and hope for eventual reimbursement from Medicare, Finally relented and then ordered the test strips and sent the wrong ones despite taking a picture of the meter. Office staff were clueless about the billing process and denied having an email or phone number for billing and were rude. Ended up finding corporate phone number which they said they didn't have and contacted billing there. Also contacted Medicare and my Representative to try and get resolved. Never again if home health is needed.

The staff was caring and professional. This is not a job for them, it is a calling. They actually cared. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The needs of the patient and family were clearly a concern with the layout of the room. The common areas were equally clean. If any traditional nursing homes were as nice as this facility.

I recently spent the final days with my grandfather recently at this facility. My grandmother could…read morenot have chosen a better place. The location is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. His room had a view overlooking the river and wonderful flowers. I was impressed with the appearance and feel of the room. Unlike a hospital which is dark, cramped, and has an uneasy feel, the rooms in the hospice were spacious, warm, and comfortable. The colors were pleasing, there was room for the family to sit at a table, a pull out sofa, and multiple chairs. The staff was incredible. In addition to taking excellent care of my grandfather, they took care of the family. If the door was closed they always knocked first. When they checked and asked If they needed to get anything for him, they asked if we needed anything. The hospice has a large kitchen area that provides a snacks, lunch meat, tea, etc. for the family. They also provide a soup lunch daily. I was with the family for three days and we always tried the soup. It was excellent and quickly became a favorite of my grandmother. It takes a special person to work in hospice care. The experience was difficult going through it once; I cannot imagine doing that on a daily basis with multiple patients. I am thankful there are those who do it and provide wonderful care to the family and patients.

Nowhere was there a sign that there was no refills.And the fact that all I got was about an ounce ridiculous. Food grab and go not dated and I got a spoiled turkey sandwich, vomited from eating it. Third time food on bar looked old and not maintained at 7:45 pm . We got dinner and As we were getting pie cheese cake in the proper weight containers, a Large woman came all the way across the cafeteria running her Loud mouth about how pie needs weighed oh you need a container. Let me say it again, that is exactly what we were doing! I pointed this out, her obnoxious big mouth continued to run. Had to ground her telling her I wasn't an idiot we were following directions. Then the sweetie honey crap started. Teach employees to respect people get facts before you make an ass of yourself. Im not a sweetie or a honey im an educated woman and being talked diwn to is not acceptable at anytime or place. The food is not edible and over priced not clean or follows food safety. DONT EAT HERE. Shady security guard : Tried to keep vape juice from a young lady. Ok I dont vape but I know its legal and you let people go in hospital with a pack of smokes, you cant smoke same as a vape. So guess security can search you keep what they want.
