Right at home in Goodyear is the WORST agency I have worked with - the admin office manager is inept, unprofessional, AND not flexible in the least. The office manager schedules caregivers based on income earned instead of the needs of the person needing the care. For example, the substitute caregiver provided only spoke English while I had been requesting a Spanish speaking caregiver as the client has dementia and needs daily mental stimulation. Through the same agency I found a Spanish speaking caregiver whose schedule was open 2 days a week that could provide the stimulation the client needed, both the office manager and owner stated they would NOT schedule her in as it would take the substitute caregivers paycheck. In addition, the office manager spoke trash to the client about their own employee while she was present in the home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE - While the actual caregivers are awesome I would think the front office's and owner's unprofessionalism would affect the morale of the employees read more

Please take reviews at face value... working for Right at Home is a dream come true. We truly are passionate about what we do and love taking care of our clients. Sometimes you need to try out a few caregivers until you get that perfect fit! If any issues arise, office staff is happy to address them. But if we do not know the issue, we cannot fix it! Yes, I work here. But I also happily recommend all RAH offices (we are a franchise) to friends and family looking for some help! read more

The office staff is inept. They take messages and do not get them to the person who needs them. They do not have replacements if a caregiver cancels so you are left stranded. They double billed us and the person who needs to take care of this does not call. I have started a charge back with our credit card company to get our money back. read more

These are the same folks that run the Glendale office and they are responsible and considerate. They are opening a new office and need a little compasion to get everything happening there at that site. Great business, cares for its clients in excelence. read more
