They have called on multiple occassions stating they do not have a nurse for her. When first went through the interview and signing the documents it is $25 an hour for a nurse to take care of her. We requested a nurse that knew how to cook, bath, and do all necessary needs pertaining to a patient passing with cancer, we got a young girl who had no experience at all and it was her first job ever she had no idea how to cook, my mother-in-law who can barely stand had to show the girl how to cook cream of wheat. So if you think you are getting an experienced care taker they have pulled the wool over your eyes. I would not recommend this place to anyone! It is a very hard time to find people to work but when you are paying $25 an hour and the company made sure that you felt comfortable leaving someone in their care only to tell you that you have to find a way to take care of them yourself there is something very wrong. Stay away from this company if someone recommends them by all means do your homework, do not choose Home Instead. We have had them call too many times saying they can not come and be with my mother-in-law while we work to pay our bills and her care. They cause more stress than you will ever expect. Please by all means choose another company, this company is not what you expect and they do not give you a piece of mind.
