I don't like to write bad reviews,but after being a loyal customer, they say first walk first serve , OK. But when I get there. "Oh I have appointments " sorry you have to wait . what ?? After walking in and already been waiting. Could have mentioned it before. I don't think I will returning anytime soon. read more

We called for a same day and they fit us in! Riggs gave my 14 month old a mullet and David did a cut and beard on my man. Riggs was so patient as my son was unsure of the clippers and super fussy, but he was patient/kind and my son eventually got comfortable. David was also so friendly and did a great job! David did such an INCREDIBLE job on my 2 1/2 year old's haircut!! From the get go, he was kind, friendly, and showed my son the tools as he went along, to make him feel comfortable. He even played my son's favorite show, Paw Patrol, on the big TV so he'd be entertained. We have never had such a positive experience as we had with David - my son remained patient for nearly an hour (which is unheard of) and David really took his time with every stroke to make it perfect. He would even go back to certain areas and touch up, to make sure it fit precisely with the rest of the look. Not only that, but he did the cut in such a way that it will give me the option of styling the hair upward/spiked... combed over to the side like a little gentleman... or even just a no-effort no-product look for when my son isn't in the mood to be styled. So convenient. When it was all finished and David gave my son a mirror to look at himself, his eyes went wide and he gave the biggest smile, knowing how handsome he looked and felt. I told Bryan how my son gets really bad rashes on his neck and that's the reason why he doesn't like get haircuts. My son is always good when getting haircuts but hasn't been wanting to go due to the rashes and itching. The WHOLE time Bryan kept asking him and checking up on him to make sure he wasn't too itchy and when my son was he would blow off his shirt and he even changed the tie around his neck to one he thought wouldn't itch as much. He would explain to my son the whole way through and even when my son was younger we didn't have barbers that would do that! My son loved his hair sooo much and said that the guy was very nice. Great place to go for a really good harcut and beard trim. I was a walk-in at 9 am on a Saturday and only had to wait 30 minutes. The time flew by because people were chatting and having a great time. When it was my turn, I told the guy what I wanted and he absolutely nailed it. He was friendly and the whole vibe of the place is really cool. Don't go in thinking that it's a Supercuts. It's not. Its a barbershop. Take the extra time and hang and chat with people. Usually have good experiences but today was awful! I Made sure to call at 9am when they opened to make an appointment for my 2 kids. My husband showed up 10 minutes early and checked in. There were people in the seats but he assumed they would be next since we had an appointment. After waiting 30 after their appointment time they took 2 walk ins that had showed up right before our appointment. So it would be another hour AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT before my sons got their hair cuts started. Highly disappointing since this is a place I've talked up and thought I found a good spot for my sons. I have been going to this Barbershop for years. Barbers are friendly and fun. They are also very good at what they do. Riggs keeps a cool vibe inside. Lots of TVs and good conversation. Everytime I go there are little kids getting haircuts and the barbers are all very patient and sweet to the kids. They are very respectful with their language too. Today was our first visit to Riggs the Barber, and for sure it won't be the last!! Yesterday a friend had posted a pic of her boys amazing haircut, I asked her where she went, found Riggs on Yelp, and booked the appointment within minutes! So quick and easy. I didn't have to call the location, ask about his schedule, and try to coordinate - one minute and both appointments were booked. We met him today and he was so patient with both our boys and spent a lot of time making sure each of the haircuts were perfect! He was even so patient and sweet with our younger one, who was crying when he first got into the chair. Riggs did an amazing job with the cuts and we will for sure be visiting him again!
