Then the owner (Roger) specially delivered them that Good Friday (the business was closed for Easter Weekend) , As I had a crew of helpers coming the next day to stand the walls. He found more damage underneath the threshold of one doorway -- probably shoddy original construction-- so applied his carpentry experience to repair/ replace the parts even though it was not part of the original plans. He even drove home to get additional supplies. He took the time to make it look nice and more importantly prevent future damage. He is very careful in the house and cleans up thoroughly. Hired Glenn and his son to do some deck work. They, removed one of the two staircases coming off…read morethe deck, changed out the old wood railing system for the maintenance free kind, all new support posts and rotten deck board repairs, replaced the fascia with maintenance free boards to match the railing system, added a new gate at the top of the stairs, a new gate was also added to the fence below. They chiseled out 3 old deck piers no longer in use. They did a fantastic job. They were here around 8am every morning. They cleaned up their area every day. Both Glenn and Caleb were easy to talk to and answered any questions and concerns we had through the process. Overall, a couple of really nice guys that worked really hard each day they were here.
