We were passing through Amarillo going to CA and our car suffered some front end damage. Unable to…read morego any further without some repair, we found Drury-Moss Body Shop on Commerce St. The staff were knowledgeable, but also kind and helpful. Eric got the damage fixed well enough we could continue on our way. We'll need more repair at our destination but the temporary fix got us there. Highly recommend!

She won't even give you a chance to tell her you speak English, she'll stereotype you and pawn you off to other people. The manager is NEVER there and when he is he's hiding in his office and refuses to help people. The bathrooms are disgusting. The lobby and entryway are never cleaned. And if you complain to corporate anonymously they tell them and you get treated like crap.

i took my car in for an estimate. they gave an estimate of over 12,000 i ask the guy if he took in…read morein the shop to look at it. he said no looked underneath it out on the dirt. my car is a 2012 2ss camaro not possible to look under it. so i didnt get a real estimate. not very happy he said my rim wasnt any good i took my car home and jacked it up. took tire and rim off took it to discount tire and had them spin balance it. there was nothing wrong with it also said i needed a new truck lid not true two small corners bent just needed bent back so out of a 12,000 estimate probaly only 7000 to actualy fix . my insurance based of there estimate is trying to claim it as total loss not true so im getting another estimate. more to come

I highly recommend Southwest Body Shop!!! they were having to fix my car after what Street toyota…read moredid to it! They talked me into putting a black wrap on the spoiler and on my roof and other parts of my car. It turned out to be a very cheap wrap. And it looked horrible after a couple years. It took Southwest Body Shop over seven hours for two minutes to take this wrap off my car. When I went back to Street to talk to them about this rap, they told me they would charge me to take it off and would not stand behind it.!!! I would think long and hard before going back to Street toyota to buy a car or anything else! Here are some pictures of the rap before Southwest Body Shop started taking it off? Jimmy's rates are quite reasonable and he's fair to deal with…read more I've had my Toyota for a decade now. I've taken it to dealers, chains (Firestone, etc), and independent mechanics. I'll give an example of why Autocraft Inc and the head mechanic Jimmy are so great. Once I had trouble with my car - it was overheating. He suspected the car needed a new waterpump, but he later found it was a problem with the gauge. Despite doing the equivalent of a thousand dollars worth of labor and parts, he only charged for what he would have charged if he was right which was a fraction of the price. I even authorized the extra work expecting to pay more. Jimmy refused to be paid until the car was fixed right. I mean, he could have just said "Hey, the estimate was off, I did a lot of work on your car, I deserve to be paid". That's how a lot of other shops do it. Basically, this guy seems like he is in the mechanic business because he likes to fix cars, he likes people and wants people to trust him and keep coming back. He takes pride in his work and his reputation and that is a hard thing to find these days. If you work downtown, I would recommend leaving your car to have it worked on, then just walk down Polk st to pick it up.
