Didn't get towed, went to the junkyard to get parts and was treated like shit. Wouldn't suggest going there.

I asked to speak to someone in sales and she sighed, said "hang on." Then hung up on me. If this is how she answers the phone and treats customers, no wonder people have been telling me not to go there.

I would run from this dealership I have seen used fly by night car business run better. Very…read moredisappointed and the sad part is they started out with so much good will by saving a vehicle for me to buy. What happened sleezy car tactics by josh. When I found evidence of mice droppings in a older Toyota vehicle while I was doing my due diligence he wasn't doing his. I completely inspected the vehicle in the entire time all I got to hear from the background was how great of a vehicle it is and how fast it will sell.. no concern for me or my buying experience. It was actually pretty bad and felt comical it was repeated almost 20 times almost every couple minutes. The GM did end up apologizing to me about it and told me that they actually found it when they were taking it in and did a complete inspection of it. To make sure that no wires were chewed up and it's like it would have been nice if my car salesman would have found out that information. Instead of telling me how great of a deal it was. I ended up letting it go and that should have been that. I bought the vehicle cash. Should be a easy deal right. Right...? Not at weimer lol. Go through finalize everything with the finance guy David which was great he really was the best person I delt with, promote the man. So you're probably thinking that everything is done. There's nothing left to review. Except for one key detail where's my title where's my tags... Oh that's right I bought it in May and just got my tags in August. Their story in scapegoat was the title person that they just fired. Leaving at all on there a new one Heather to clean up. I contacted her end of june had to follow up a few times then in July as a reminder my temp tags will expire in few weeks then the week of. The week of I spoke to her, I spoke to David, I spoke to Gavin, I spoke to matt. Gavin insured me that he would take care of it. That they would take care of it. Heather ended up going on a personal day Tuesday and did not communicate anything she was working on that Monday. I think it was probably around Wednesday or Thursday when they finally filed for my temporary extension. Which expired Friday. I was looking for proof so if I got stopped. Which now thanks to flock and auto license plate readers your car becomes a beacon that your tags are expired. I explained to Gavin Wednesday that I was concerned because I was looking to take the vehicle away on vacation that Saturday he assured me that he would get me the proof I need Saturday morning and would call me. Guess who never got called guess who never got that proof guess who heard from them that Monday. As you can imagine Monday is a far cry from Saturday morning. I even reached out Saturday mid morning and was insured I would get it shortly... No it was all lies and false promises. Luckily I ended up having another vehicle that I was able to take without any issues. Avoid this place none of them know how to communicate none of them know how to take accountability or responsibility for anything. If you're an employee they're going to use you as an escape goat.

I thought the community should know what kind of business Tri County collision is running. I hit a…read moredeer in December destroying most of my front end of my vehicle. I called them & asked if they could take on my vehicle. They said yes. Within 2 days I had an estimate that they could get it done in 5 days as well as the price they were going to charge my insurance company. My insurance company allowed me a rental for 45 days. I was thrilled....however my excitement was short lived. I went in their establishment 2 weeks after dropping off my vehicle only to be told they couldn't get my car into the garage because they didn't have my keys. They said someone came in claiming to be my daughter & they just gave these individuals my keys. Didnt follow them out, didnt ask for any verification, nada. These individuals ransacked my car & stole my keys. I asked to see the cameras to identify who these individuals were. They refused, said that it had been at least a week & a half since my keys were given away & that it was to much video footage to review. I proceeded to ask why wasn't I contacted when my keys weren't brought back. I was told "oh so many people come in & out of here everyday, we thought you knew". I contacted local law enforcement & they said there wasn't anything that could be done. I then went higher up & contacted the state police. Magically after calling the state police my keys miraculously reappeared later that same day. After a month has gone by i call to inquire about my vehicle. I was told my vehicle wasn't on the books & they would work on fitting it in. However when I called in December they stated they could get it done in 5 days. After 45days my insurance company stopped paying on the rental. So I was stuck paying $316 a week for the next 2months. Well 3 months later & $1000s of dollars wasted I finally received my vehicle back. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. Thank you to my sister who reminded me of these wonderful details."You forgot some details... like your vehicle never moved from the day it was brought in on a tow truck until the day the nice insurance adjuster called to see why you did not have your jeep back. That same day your vehicle mysteriously disappeared behind their shop, again the 1st time it was ever moved since being on their lot. This was after speaking to the insurance adjuster about having it moved to another garage that would have the work done within the next week. Also, you forgot that they asked for another $3300 from the insurance after the adjuster spoke with them... stating there was more damage than originally quoted for in December."
