Plenty of parking available at Trailhead just off exit 1A of I 16. Swimming, fishing, biking, playground and other activities. Has potential for a decent biking trail and is in big need of tender living care. Looked like some maintenance of trees and flooded trail was in process, as well as some planting. Some of this is nice and submerged in Nature with lots if greenery, flowers, streams and the river. Unfortunately, it is overshadowed by I75, power transformers and other ugly sites.

Picnic and playground areas are great for non official group gatherings for families and the young at heart. Tree lined walking paths through the park with nice areas to relax with friends on a calm afternoon. The fields can get busy during the season with multiple games and practices going on at once, but plenty of parking for those cheering on from the stands. The dirt road that loops around the fields is great for running or walking too.

They have a restroom located on site but not sure if it's clean or not never see anyone go in or out of the restroom. Plenty of parking for people and few handicapped parking spots for people who are bringing a boat. Also keep in mind you can NOT bring a power boat it has to be a john boat with a small outboard motor. No beer, alcohol. wine is not allowed at Flat Creek PFA lake. Live bait is allowed at the lake but keep in mind there is alligators around. There is crappie, large mouth bass, brim and some other types of fish to catch.
