Sad this place is being closed due to financial problems. Hope animals are rehomed successfully.

First, the site map could have been better, especially given you had to pay for it. It was only $2, but still, they could have done a better job documenting the exits and other key landmarks. Also, there was nowhere to sit down. It would have been nice if they had some sort of cooling stations, again -clearly on the map or well marked in person. We were there from 11am-7pm and, from time to time, I just needed to sit and take a load off. With the exception of the actual amphitheater, it was hard to find such a location, especially one with shade. They also promoted a cool concept, the Reverse Daycare, where parents could go to rest while the youngsters enjoyed the music. I used the map to look for this trailer but did not find it during the entire time we were there. Food and drink was pretty expensive and they do not let you leave and come back with your ticket stub. For our party of four, this proved pretty pricey -about $50 for lunch and then again $50 for dinner for your typical, bland stadium fare (hot dogs, pizza, burgers etc.) Again, better and not as crazy as I thought given the hardcore music. People were pretty cool and generally well behaved. However, they need to have a plan in mind when the weather is hot to help "old folks" like me. Also, (I know this will sound weird) but a quiet place would be welcome as well. I brought some teenagers and it was cool at first, but after a few hours of the yelling death metal, one just needs to have a place that is quiet for a little bit.

The crowd consists of sixth grade rebels, high school misfits, and college-aged punks who have no problem with sparing $50 and meeting up with some buddies to destroy kids and create huge mosh pits. Needless to say, the crowd is generally immature, but this is good if you're someone who wants to shove your way to the front and show who's a real fan of the band. What I love most about Warped is that it's an environment in which band members just walk around. You can meet some of your idols whilst on your way to the next stage. It's awesome. Also, there are random opportunities - for example, if you're one of the first 100 people in line at x location, you can meet so and so and get a free signed poster. Spontaneous events always pop up. These include dancing as hard as you can to win a pair of VIP tickets to see so and so at x stage. It's just a fun and engaging experience. What I also love about Warped is that there are several stations where you can refill your water bottles. This is important, seeing as it's usually hot and a lot of people get dehydrated and/or collapse in the crowd. Security genuinely cares about your well-being and will go above and beyond to make sure you're safe and hydrated. The area is mostly clean and gets dirtier as the day goes on. Parking is a bitch, so I always get dropped off and just walk to the nearest entrance. It's easy to get a skip the line bracelet - just bring non-perishable food items to donate or pay $5. Food is ridiculously expensive so be prepared and bring snacks. Get destroyed in the pit.

Recently one of the vases has become loose. I've tried to reach out to Kapsa a few times. No one ever answers the phone. I've left 3 messages in over a week and half stating my issue and asked for the favor of a reply. I've yet to hear back from Kapsa. This monument wasn't cheap. I've reached out to two other monument companies in the area in the meantime and they are willing to help but say Kapsa should stand behind their business and take care of this. If they can or can't, either way the courtesy of a reply is expected for such an expensive monument. I can't rate them good in the service area as they are non responsive.

Buyer beware. This place is absolutely awful. They will screw you on the contract and they are very…read moredisrespectful. They will intentionally and purposely omit IMPORTANT and KEY things from the contract, and this can screw you in the end. When I caught these items, owner refused to correct them. Here they are: 1.) They verbally said that ALL inscriptions and design are included in the price, but when you get the contract it does not say this, and when you ask the owner to add, he refuses. Don't ever sign the contract unless they clearly write in text that ALL inscriptions and design are included in the headstone price, just like they verbally say. 2.) Draft of the drawing, design, and inscriptions was not attached. How else will you know what the heck you are getting?!?!? Don't accept without this! 3.) Full names of the deceased were omitted. This contract is also combined into the application for the cemetery. Are we just trying to get the cemetery office to guess? 4.) Memorialist didn't sign the cemetery contract on the back, which is required before you can even place any headstone in the cemetery. The cemetery has its own rules which we all have to agree to. We don't own the cemetery. These are all normal procedures for all cemeteries. 5.) Approximate date of delivery was missing. You can't just put a season like spring or summer. The owner was very disrespectful. When trying to resolve this in a calm manner, he talked over me. I tried talking to the owner nicely on the phone, but all he did was hang up on me. Avoid this business, and go to others in the area that will: actually put in writing what they say verbally, are willing to actually fill out a contract completely, and treat you with respect. After all, if you are paying them thousands of dollars for a headstone, I would think that you would at least have the above taken care of. This place is absolutely awful. STAY AWAY.

They also have a walk thru haunt, paintball shooting gallery, food stand, photo ops, bonfire and GOATS! Yep, goats...you can feed 'em. Undead Acres was the third attraction I attended on the last Sunday of September, so when I arrived at closing time it wasn't nearly as busy as I expect it will be later in the season. I was able to look around, but had no real wait to get on the haunted trail. A guide summoned me to follow. I walked alone behind the cloaked figure through several scenes. They didn't tell an overall story as a whole, but individually they were recognizable as the staple haunt scenes including clowns, butchers, monsters and even a young person in a yellow raincoat touting, "You'll float too." The actors made very challenging physical choices for their characters from rapid crawling, falling and more. Their physical strength, flexibility and dedication impressed me. The overall creepiness of the location being outdoors in the open along a trail was effective. I like the use of the guide. Overall, it is a haunted trail with a lot of heart. I did not participate in the paintball experience. If you are in the area, definitely stop by Undead Acres and shoot some zombies.
