My wife and I both go to Caleb. The man is a miracle worker. My wife is an athlete and has all of the associated body aches and pains and she swears by him. I am middle aged and have some of the normal "over 50 stuff" and I love his services as well. I went in today, for my regular, period visit. When I came out, I realized that I had no idea how much I needed the treatment. He isn't cheap and he doesn't take insurance but it is worth the money. read more

Dr Ridgeway is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional, but also young enough that he seems excited to be in practice. Dr. Ridgeway has been treating me for about a year now. He gets you in and out without you feeling rushed. He answers questions clearly and in an educational way. Best chiropractic practice I have been to, and I will continue to use their services. I definitely recommend this business. read more

Ridgway Chiropractic - Exterior of building on 2nd street - Chiropractors Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

The Monday after Christmas I began experiencing the worst pain in my entire life. That morning I woke up with intense lower back spasms. Getting out of bed was a 45 minute nightmare. I thought to myself that I needed to get on the floor and do some stretching. That only made it worse. The pain the next couple of days did not improve and later that week I found myself in the ER. It was my first ever visit to the ER and on a side note, the staff at Ukiah Adventist were awesome, but I will save that for a another review. A week later I had a followup visit with my doctor. After a complete examination, he prescribed some heavy duty muscle relaxers and suggested that I try chiropractic treatments, specifically a chiropractor that specializes in "soft tissue". Lucky for me my wife has been getting treated by a chiropractor who does this exact thing. I made an appointment with Ridgway Chiropractic. Upon arriving my back had not had an ounce of improvement. My initial visit was a complete exam and lasted about an hour. I swear that even after my first visit, I felt some slight improvement. Long story short, after just five treatments Dr. Ridgway gave me all the "all clear" and I have been released. I am happy to report that my back pain is a distant memory with all the credit going to Dr. Ridgway. read more

I first came to Dr. Ridgway a few months after a crazy fall and injury on a skateboard about a year and a half ago. Working with him really helped me heal, find mobility again, and feel incredibly comfortable with the chiropractic process. I went to him again after the worst car accident I've ever been in about 5 months later. I'm so grateful I had someone I already knew and trusted to work through my pain with. Since that time last year, I've gone in for a few routine adjustments and again today after I tweaked my back a few days ago. Every single time that I am adjusted by him I feel so much better. In general, he is so kind, intuitive, gentle and respectful. He is truly one of the best and most effective chiropractors I have ever met or used. I highly recommend him! Plus the staff, office, and adjustment room are all really nice. Thanks, doc! read more

Dr Ridgway is always very clear, professional and thorough with every single visit. As an athlete I feel very fortunate to have his help. I would highly of suggest Dr Ridgway... I will only continue to visit his office read more

For years, I sort of wrote off the idea of going to a chiropractor. So it went, until I had a rather intractable back issue that I wanted relief from. I don't know why I didn't go earlier. It's not just about cracking (adjusting) your back and joints. Dr. Ridgway has been helpful in teaching me safe stretches and identifying which parts of my legs are leading to the lower back pain I have been experiencing. So far, I have been to see him twice and have left in less pain -- and more empowered to help my own pain -- than before. His rates are completely fair and his staff are easy to work with. Highly recommended! read more

I was rear ended by a commercial vehicle. I tried many types of treatment including 3 other chiropractors. My treatment with Caleb is what has helped the most BY FAR. I always feel relief after a treatment and the long term result are there. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Caleb at Ridgway Chiropractic will always be my chiropractor. read more

I highly, highly recommend Dr. Ridgway. After suffering a shoulder injury in a car accident, I was in constant pain. Looking for an alternative to an orthopedic surgeon brought me to Dr. Ridgway's practice. He put me at ease right away with his capable and knowledgeable demeanor (I'd never been to a chiropractor before so wasn't sure what to expect) and even though my description of my ailment wasn't the most articulate, he knew exactly where I was hurting and how to help. I appreciate that he didn't prescribe months and months of treatment, instead getting to the heart of my pain (& helping) quickly. I'd almost describe him as more of a soft tissue specialist than a chiropractor. His magical hands have rid me of shoulder, neck, and back pain and additionally have helped my knee pain as well. On top of all that, he's one of the nicest humans you'll meet. If you're in pain and looking for an alternative medicine practice, I highly recommend Ridgway Chiropractic. read more

Having had issues with my lower back for years and seeing several chiropractors with less than favorable results, I was in search of an alternative chiro who could offer me something different from the run of the mill adjustments which would only temporarily suppress my pain stemming from my injuries. As an active surfer and skateboarder, I have developed a vertebral subluxation in my lower back and would often experience immense pain shooting down my left leg to the point of immobility. I eventually had a surgical procedure know as a microdiscectomy at a specialist in Orange County and began a physical therapy regiment to strengthen the muscle tissue in my lower back. While the physical therapy was helpful, I still experienced immense pain during my recovery. At that point I decided to explore other options. After doing some research online I heard about Dr. Ridgway and his Active Release Technique and decided to schedule a consultation while I was visiting friends in Santa Rosa. He was very professional and explained that the A.R.T. focuses on the injured muscles. After my first session, I immediately felt and increase in my range of motion, flexibility, and a significant decrease in my pain. I could not be happier with my results and look forward to visiting Dr. Ridgway in the near future. I highly recommend others to give him a try, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. -Thank you Dr. Ridgway! read more

I have been going to Dr. Ridgway for a few years now and he's made a world of difference. Dr. Ridgway has helped keep my body inline after years of abuse. I won't let another Chiro touch my body! Thanks Dr. Ridgway read more

Dr. Ridgeway is extremely experienced at dealing with tight muscles - highly recommend his technique, which is not the traditional 'cracking' stuff that seems suspicious to me. He conducts various exercises and stretches, somewhat like physical therapy, to loosen tight muscle fibers. He's honest, down-to-earth, and attentive. Very impressed and haven't felt this good in over 10 years! read more

Thank you Caleb, I highly recommend your services!!! I had slowly developed numbness in my arm over a 6 month period to the point I could not hold a cup of coffee. Dr. Ridgeway immediately identified the source of the issue, a pinched nerve. His "nerve flossing" technique was nearly miraculous. It took a few months but I am happy to say I have 100% sensation back in my hand and arm. Thank You Caleb and I highly recommend your services!!!! read more

I had been to many chiropractors before finding Dr Caleb Ridgway. He is the 1st to tell me what I can do to help myself as well as I don't need to see him weekly forever. He didn't do the same old adjustment that I had been receiving over and over from all the others, which had been making my issues worse. He specializes in athletes and has enabled me to fix my injuries from both the gym and running. I can not recommend him enough. If you're looking for a trust worthy educated chiropractor who isn't there just to pop you and send you on your way, he's the man! Call now and go! read more

I've been going to Ridgeway Chiropractic for a couple of years now. I was referred to Caleb from another work associate. I have bad hip problems from sitting and wakeboarding actually. He does something that's called ART. Normally I wouldn't even remember the acronym other than its spell the word art. But what I know that it does is it actually is a practice and where he works on my tendons and ligaments not just my bones. I have to say that it can be a little bit rough and make you went a little but when you leave there you feel like a million bucks. Not only to be help me with my hips but he helps me with the general things that a chiropractor would as well. I would recommend Caleb because of his great bedside manner and his amazing knowledge of ART and Chiropractic. read more

What great customer service! I'm from out of town and needed to see a chiropractor on the same day and another in two days. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to give more notice to the chiropractor. Sarah helped me immediately, kept calling my insurance to ensure coverage, and found an appointment day of for me even though they were swamped. I really appreciated the care and attention Sarah provided. Thank you! read more

A few years ago I got referred to Dr. Ridgway for a piriformis injury due to running. I could barely walk or go up stairs and after one session I regained so much mobility. He was wonderful and helped me heal this before I ran my first half marathon. Flash forward to now. I'm pregnant and suddenly I start experiencing the same piriformis pain. It was awful. I saw another chiropractor who didn't put a dent in the pain. Again, it got to the point where walking was painful. I tried every stretch I knew to no avail. Being only half way through my pregnancy I knew I had to see Dr. Ridgway if I was going to get through this with any amount of comfort. Yet again, he had me walking comfortably after one session and essentially pain free after a few. He even gave me some modified stretches that I can do during the pregnancy to help address the problem areas and to prevent the pain from returning. I cannot recommend him enough! He and his staff are wonderful. He is a miracle worker! Thank you for making this pregnant lady feel so much better! read more

Dr. Ridgeway is fantastic. Honest, very experienced, down-to-earth, doesn't try to upsell you like some chiropractors. If you struggle with tight/sore muscles like me, you will be VERY pleased by his methodology. All the reviews are accurate! read more

I began seeing Dr. Ridgeway over a year ago. I suffered a dislocated and fractured hip and attended rehab. I never truly felt right. Tightness in my groin and my hips being out of alignment caused me to feel like I was almost walking sideways. After five weeks of his effective treatment I felt the difference. I am able to play basketball again, jog, hike with out pain. I still continue to see Dr. Ridgway once a month for maintenance. Ridgeway chiropractic is not about running up a big bill, they truly just want to fix you. I would highly recommend his services read more

Dr Caleb and the ART team were at the Ironman Vineman expo and were generous with their expertise and time in analyzing my trouble issues and recommending exercises to address them. I've been to PTs and other specialists, but Dr Caleb's efforts showed immediate improvement and made intuitive sense for my runner body. He's very personable and understandable. Would definitely look him up again and highly recommend him with any range of motion, sports or commute related issues. read more

Dr. Ridgway is the best chiropractor I've ever been to!! I think what makes him really stand out the most is the fact that he is an ART provider and does soft tissue work on top of doing adjustments. His assessment skills are out of this world. Anytime I have an issue with my body, he's the first person I call! He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. And the best part is that he gives me homework and explains how I can take care of myself at home. Dr. Ridgway is so much more than a chiropractor!!! I can't recommend him enough. read more

I recently suffered a sports career ending back injury lifting weights. I was diagnosed with a severely herniated disc in my back and was advised that I will need surgery or I will never be able to play sports or continue to be physically active like I had become accustomed to. I work with Caleb Ridgway and Ridgway Chiropractic for close to 6 months and I am happy to say I am as active as ever, WITHOUT surgery!. I will forever be in dept to Caleb and would recommend him to all my family and friends. read more
