I would never recommend this place to someone. Wednesday, the apartment manager (or as she calls…read moreherself, "the landlord"), is an absolutely terrible person to interact with. She polices the place in the most unpleasant way. Do you have guests over? Well, don't, because she will certainly have something to say about that. And for the love of God, DON'T park in her spot because she will probably go ballistic. Some of my family members live here and I dread any and all interactions I have with Wednesday. She has sent nasty text messages to many people in this apartment complex, and likes to threaten eviction even though she has no grounds to do so. Most tenants agree that giving your phone number to this woman is the worst mistake you can make. She curses at you, she screams at you, and is great at dehumanizing. This place is cheap, yes, but it's not worth it. Maintenance does nothing, there are weeds everywhere, and hope you don't have to go out to the parking lot in the winter because good luck not breaking a leg. There's a reason people don't live here long, and the sorry excuse for the management is why. On a slightly more positive note, the people who live here are generally nice. I've mostly encountered kind people, though there are some people who are rude and occasionally downright scary. I can't wait to see my family move out of this place one day.

He thoroughly explained the process and what we should expect. The installers were courteous, quick and left the space cleaner than they found it. We are in a condo and have a large deck with an additional 11X11 fenced in space for our 3 dogs. We were unsuccessful with grass seed and sod and this last snow left us with a solid mud pit. Thanks to Jeff and team we now have a perfect space for the dogs to play - and no more muddy paws!!! We couldn't be happier!
