The apartment manager likes to terrorize the seniors living here. Pulls random inspections…read moredemanding things be moved and gardens pulled up. These are seniors that can barely walk! She is more worried about kissing her boss's ass than taking care. of repairs and the residents. Posted notices to residents in FEBRUARY they had to move all outside items away from apartments and gardens so the units could be power washed. Well the seniors did as ordered in freezing cold. The units have yet to be power washed. Seniors living in fear of getting kicked out if her demands aren't met. Residents stay home all day waiting on random inspection notice and no one shows up. Repairs not made. Old carpeting, 10 years plus. I could go on.

He thoroughly explained the process and what we should expect. The installers were courteous, quick and left the space cleaner than they found it. We are in a condo and have a large deck with an additional 11X11 fenced in space for our 3 dogs. We were unsuccessful with grass seed and sod and this last snow left us with a solid mud pit. Thanks to Jeff and team we now have a perfect space for the dogs to play - and no more muddy paws!!! We couldn't be happier!
