I love the space in a one bedroom. I love the high ceilings and the A/C works great. It's a pretty…read morenice gym. I like the code on the door but I feel like it would be easy for a break in or to get locked out. (I have already been locked out) The train is sooooo loud even with the windows closed and I can hear every car racing on Santa Fe. It smells like pee everywhere. People leave stuff everywhere. I PAY for trash and they don't even pick up my tied bag in my trash can (like requested). Elevator breaks down, pool breaks down, roads keep getting shut down to the house. I've gotten many parking tickets because I've had to park on the side BECAUSE THERES NO PARKING WHERE I PAY TO HAVE PARKING. My husband's new car has been badly scratched. It's such an inconvenience to live here and I would have rather lived in a camper with all these problems honestly. I feel like it's problem after problem and I'm paying about $2,000 a month for a ONE BED ONE BATH and I feel like it's way too much for the quality I'm getting. Although it's beautiful and I love this place everything turns into an inconvenience and I just will not be living here next year. You can never have a peace of mind because you're always thinking about parking or something. I am very disappointed with living here. I would tell anyone to not live here.

I have been living in these apartments since 2020 during the pandemic when there was really no one…read moreliving here. In 2021 more people started moving in since Job started opening back up and I noticed that the complex we're having difficulties with people letting their dogs poop and not pick it up and they would poop anywhere and everywhere whether it was inside of the elevator on the sidewalk or at the dog park. That was OK whatever that was on the residence behalf. But also during my time staying here, my cars have been broken into three times and every time I bring it up to the front office they say they're gonna look at the footage and never get back to me in regards to it. Just recently me and my mom this year decided to get on the waitlist for the covered parking spots which run roughly $75 a month additional onto your rent and our cars are still getting broken into and our plates are getting stolen off our cars. Same thing when we bring it up to management, they still tell us the same thing, although my car is directly under a camera and that is the reason why I decided to get the parking, they still aren't able to find or invest the time into figuring out who's vandalizing our vehicles. We pay more to fix our cars in the past two years and it is equivalent to over 2 to 3 months of rent combined. I don't see a reason why we pay combined over 3 to 4000 a month and we can't even have the peace of mind of feeling like we're protected and our cars will be there in the morning. Another issue is the fact that this place allows homeless people into the building and they sleep inside the waiting area underneath our benches. They also set fires in the garbage cans that are underneath our apartments. Lastly, to top off why I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone is the fact that there is no parking for any resident the amount of people and apartments that are available. There is not even close to half as many parking spots available for that. So therefore, a lot of residents are parking on the outskirts of the road but now that a brand new apartment just opened up right beside us that parking spot space will eventually be gone as well which makes it harder for people to park. I know every complex has its own difficulties and issues but I just hate how Oxford station keeps accepting more residents and not looking out for the residents that they have here. I must say maintenance is amazing!!! Without a doubt Jon works super hard and he has a buddy now who also works super hard so I would never take that from them in regards to maintenance request and trying to keep the building as clean as they can. But when it comes to management and their lack of effort with finding out or even trying to prevent all these car, break-ins car theft, people trying to break into our apartments and homeless people living inside the building and setting fires. It just makes me very upset to where I felt like I needed to leave a review since my emails aren't doing any good! Hopefully this helps the next person looking for an apartment here at Oxford station! We pay wayyyyy to much a month for a "nice luxury apartment" and it doesn't reflect any of that!

The pros: work out room pool club house ample parking little to no noise issues friendly and informative staff close to lots of destinations (from corporate storefronts to mountains) über pet friendly high ceilings 60-day notice (instead of typical 30-day) The cons: posted speed is 10mpg and not always followed sometimes tenants don't close the walk-through gates behind them drive-in gates seem to be broken often Some rat-fink tenants partied it up and caused the previous privilege of 24-hour access to the gym to be limited to a new time restriction: 5am - 10pm. If management had a crystal ball and could prevent these numnuts from ruining this for everyone, I'd buy them all cookies. We face north, sort of east, and it's quiet on this side. We walked through all the floor plans and opened the patio doors and windows to test our sound tolerance. There's plenty of parking: open, carport, double level garage and single garages. We didn't get hit with hidden fees...we read the fine print and asked a sh-- ton questions. We're annoying that way. :) I suggest you raise your annoying flag high whenever you make a financial commitment. Here's what you should know..."basic" rent is for the apartment only. The "upgrade" models are more expensive by about $40 - $50 / month, last time I checked. There are extra fees for a parking space that is not open. Washer and dryer come with apartment. Do not pay rent using your VISA; there's a heart-attack inducing processing fee. Your pet will need to pay rent. Recycling bins fill fast. For a fee, there is extra storage available around complex. I'm giving 4 stars because of the constant gate issues.

Moved into this complex the first day it opened…read more. I had about 2 hours of peace before the psycho woman above me, moved in. If you live in apartment 4-202, the lady above you will destroy your life with her never ending noise. She is a crazy person who would drop things on the floor and move her furniture across the floor, every 5 minutes, on purpose, just to make life impossible for me, in my apartment . Any time i made any noise in my apartment, the lady upstairs would start purposely dropping things onto the floor and moving her furniture, just to torture me constantly. There was no peace in this place, as long as the psycho lady was home.. To make matters worse, she had 3 or 4 kids with her most of the time, and they would run from one end of the apartment, to the other. It sounded like arena levels of noise pollution. No peace at all. It drove me to complete ill health and mental breakdown. I started medication because of her, to try and calm me down, and it still wasnt strong enough, to deal with the psycho woman in apartment 4-302. Dogs would bark every time i would come and go from my apartment also. They did have a nice dog park though. The apartments themselves are super cute, by appearance standards. But the cheap doors are cute, but cyou could punch a hole through one probably - the paint scratches off easily with just a fingernail ....The AC i never felt working, but the heating was legendary. Unfortunately, the walls are hollow, as well as hollow front door and bedroom door... and in between the floors, there is 0 noise insulation, so you're pretty much gunna hear most everything your neighbors do, and every move they make. If they turn on their music or tv, you're gunna hear it...to survive the lease-breaking horrible footsteps above, MAKE SURE to get a top floor apartment.. I had to break my lease and get the heck away from the psycho lady in apartment 4-302. impossible to live underneath her and have any peace in my life.

I went in to cancel my application and they couldn't find my application because it was at the bottom of a pile of papers in another room. Their words, not mine. I was told my $200 deposit would be refunded in 30 days. It is now April 3, 2026 and still no refund. I have been in to the office there several times since and when I enter the room, it smells of body odor, the table is cluttered with papers, I'm guess applications and half eaten fast food. What an impression that is. Like I said, I have been in contact with these women several times since and as of Friday May 1, 2026 I was given a Resident Ledger saying the check was sent Monday April 24, 2026. April 24, was the Friday before. They also said they sent me a check previously and had to cancel it and reissue but this Resident Ledger I was given says nothing about a previous check since it is in order by date going back to February 6, 2026. These women are devious and I hope I got to at least one perspective applicant to think twice before considering this apartment complex.
