I never believed I would be someone who could stay consistent, and deep down I didn't think I was capable of breaking the mental barrier that told me I'd always be out of shape and avoid exercise because I had felt that way since I was a kid. I even told my trainer the day I met her that I was probably a lost cause and would end up quitting like I always had. Bloom Fitness Studio completely changed that for me. From the start, I felt supported and never judged, and Alicia helped me work through that mindset in a way I hadn't experienced before. Almost two years later, I actually enjoy working out, feel stronger, and have lost 45 pounds. More importantly, I feel comfortable in my body and capable in a way I never thought I could be. This studio didn't just change my fitness, it changed what I believe I'm capable of. It still feels like the best gift I've ever given myself.

Angela is warm and friendly - If you're new to yoga this is a great place to start to begin seeing real benefits in your body - there's never an age limit to starting yoga.
