It was going to be another brutally hot Florida day, so I was going for a golf cart ride early in the morning. Oh s**t, I had a flat tire! Worse, it was so bad it had to be replaced, not repaired. Double Oh s**t! I waited until 8:30 am, gave these folks a call and they answered right away. They could be at my place by 10:30. Wow! I expected them to say the next day. The son of this father-son business showed up on time and as usual, was friendly, efficient, and got right to work. Bim, bam, boom, in no time, I had a brand-new tire mounted and ready to go. They have other locations in Central Florida. They have all the services of a typical car dealership, but the focus is golf carts. He was really focused on what we wanted and when we test drove both carts, he let us have time and space alone, without us asking to talk things over and decide what we wanted. This no pressure was much appreciated! When we came a couple of days later to pick up the cart, everything was ready including a couple of reflectors that my husband mentioned he would like on the cart.
