I live in a golf cart condo community, and everyone has one even if they don't golf. We use them to…read morevisit neighbors, pick up mail, use the pool etc. So, when a new golf cart dealership opens up in our little town it's a big deal. These guys just opened recently. They have other locations in Central Florida. They have all the services of a typical car dealership, but the focus is golf carts. In addition to sales & service of new and used carts, they sell accessories. They also do golf cart customization which is a big deal to many folks. Yes, golf cart envy really is a thing! I stopped in to check them out and received a tour. Of course, everything is brand new and spiffy shiny! Two people touched me, and they were great. It looks like I have a new business to consider for my future golf cart needs. Based on location, beautiful facility, and friendly folks that answered all my questions, I'm going four-stars for now!

Spoke with April (mgr) who patiently answered all of my questions. Told her I was really leaning towards a Yamaha (more with that later). She said no problem, take your time, gave me her card and said to let her know if she could help further. Now to the "later": I was back in Minnesota (October) when I tried contacting Bargain Carts many times.....First phone call: put on hold forever with no pick up. Second time, a few days later) Joe (apparently their only salesman) was on vacation but Dave would leave him a message to call me when he returned. Never called back. several days later tried e mailing my request.....no response Called again the next day and was transferred to Walt, who is apparently their accountant ( Joe was there but not available to speak with me). Asked Walt if he could sell me a cart....."no, sorry I am just the accountant". Tried calling again a few days later, same routine.....put on hold only to have Dave come back and say Joe was not available. Being completely frustrated at this point I asked Dave (mgr) if he could help......what a smart Alec, told me that the cart I would like would cost me a few hundred, then he could really help me out! Then proceeded to tell me that the starting price was $200 higher than any of the identical ones I was viewing on their website stated. (They show sticker prices on the web site, but none of the vehicles are in stock and the website is never updated). Further, told me the speed upgrade would also be higher than Yamaha's own website states. I asked him if the owner was there, as I would like to speak with him/her. He wondered why, and I said I have given Joe and his company more than enough opportunities to help me, but all I get is poor/unethical service. I hung up the phone, and not fifteen minutes later......guess who calls? JOE!!! Well, I certainly wasn't going to talk with him.......he left a message telling me to call him back with any questions........needless to say I did not, and oh by the way......Never heard from the owner. Bottom line: don't bother with trying Bargain Carts for any/all of the reasons stated here. Just go to ART'S CARS where you will be treated fair and square. Purchased a Club Car! No charge for speed upgrade, no charge for delivery, no charge to outfit the cart with nicer wheels, and seats..... I could go on and on.

Went out to look at a Golf Cart. The one we called about was out front waiting for us, but we…read moreactually fell in love with a different oine. The salesman Dale was great!! He was really focused on what we wanted and when we test drove both carts, he let us have time and space alone, without us asking to talk things over and decide what we wanted. This no pressure was much appreciated! When we came a couple of days later to pick up the cart, everything was ready including a couple of reflectors that my husband mentioned he would like on the cart. Dale was polishing the cart when we walked in, went over everything and loaded the cart on the trailer for us himself. We loved everything about this experience. May be going back for a couple of electric bicycles!
