He was really focused on what we wanted and when we test drove both carts, he let us have time and space alone, without us asking to talk things over and decide what we wanted. This no pressure was much appreciated! When we came a couple of days later to pick up the cart, everything was ready including a couple of reflectors that my husband mentioned he would like on the cart. Dale was polishing the cart when we walked in, went over everything and loaded the cart on the trailer for us himself. We loved everything about this experience. May be going back for a couple of electric bicycles!

I pointed out a golf cart in their showroom and asked for that color (Duke Blue with flakes). They said it would be done in a week and a half, maybe two weeks. After two weeks I called and they knew nothing about my golf cart but would "find it" for me. They called back and said they had no paper work on it but they did have my cart and it would be ready in a week. I called back in a week and they again said they knew nothing about it, had no paperwork, but would look into it. I told †hem I wanted a call back from the manager and was told "he'll call if he has time." He did call and apologized and let me know that the cart was ready but they scratched the new paint job while putting the roof back on. I got the cart after three weeks and it was not serviced and the color did not have the flakes. I paid them the asking price for the paint work minus 10%. They are the most disorganized company I have ever worked with and the people I spoke with by phone were rude, except for the manager, Corky. I would not recommend this business since there are many other companies that will do a better job with fewer if any hassles.

I negotiated terms a week in advance with the sales team via email. I purchase a certified pre-owned SUV with Matthew Hosack who was up front, honest and a man of his word. He place trade-in values, sales prices, and warranty information with industry definitions in writing. This straight forward, honest approach to purchasing a used vehicle is something not typical from my local vendors. I drove over 3 hours one way to complete this transaction, worth every cent and minute! The pricing grabbed my attention, their service we keep my business. Mr. Michela Aycock was the lead on the financing portion of this deal. He also had a no pressure charisma about the way he conducted business and placed terms in writing before we concluded the transaction. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the products, services and governing laws in regards to insurance and automobiles. His presentation was clear and concise. There was never a moment I felt as if I was being taken advantage or swindled. This was an absolute pleasure to conduct business with. Weikert Ford and the sales team will win your business if you are in the market for a vehicle. The trade-in values are also very fair. I will be returning when the time comes to purchase an additional vehicle.

Very disappointing experience with Fields BMW Lakeland…read more I came in genuinely ready to make a deal on an M340 and was completely upfront about my trade situation, including the negative equity. I wasn't expecting the dealership to make the negative equity disappear I simply wanted a fair, transparent deal structured around the payment I was trying to achieve. Instead, I was presented with numbers that simply didn't make sense for me and trade values next to nothing. The most frustrating part is that another BMW dealer was able to get me to my desired payment without the hassle after explaining what happened to me at fields bmw. I now have a vehicle coming in approximately two weeks and will be purchasing elsewhere. That tells me my expectations weren't unreasonable and I simply needed to find a dealership willing to work with me. I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money and would have happily purchased from Fields BMW Lakeland if the experience and numbers had been right. Instead, another dealership earned my business. Oh and not to mention I gave them a second opportunity to match the deal I got elsewhere only to find out the car I wanted was magically traded to another dealership 45 minutes before my call. My advice to anyone shopping here do your homework, know your trade values, carefully review every number on the worksheet, and don't be afraid to shop the same deal at another BMW dealership. I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, Fields BMW Lakeland lost a customer and a sale that another BMW dealership was able to put together without the unnecessary hassle.
