Dr. Tommy himself called us up to check on him tonight and that really just hit home how amazing him and his team are! There's a small parking lot in the back, but usually enough spaces for everyone as long as you arrive near your appointment time. He's been my family dentist for about 20 years. He's honest, smart and does a great job. Dr. Chapman has helped us through fillings, crowns and basic exams. I trust him. I've experienced and left other dentists that just seem to want money and don't seem to care about patients. Dr. Chapman is nothing like that, which is why we've been coming here for 20 years. Appointment times are flexible with a variety of slots available, depending on the day of the week (evening hours, lunch). Visit times for basic cleanings and exams varies. My family members usually seem to be in and out in 30 minutes. For me, for some reason, I'm often here for an hour... Just waiting. I do wish it could be a more streamlined experience. Otherwise, I'm really happy here.

There have been a few hygienists through the years (one in particular was very talkative) but they have all been friendly and informative. Parking is a bit of a tight squeeze behind the small building but it's always been fine because they don't seem to overbook.

The work he did on my teeth is still perfect. Unfortunately, I left and had 2 other dentists since then and they were not at the same skill or care level as Dr. Lota. My teeth were rotting under my faulty fillings and I was traumatized by painful dental visits. When my newish crown fell off for the 3rd time I had it with my old dentist. Thank God something reminded me about how great Dr. Lota was & angels must have guided me and my mouth back to Chestnut Ridge Dental for a consult on this faulty crown. Well, his super friendly professional staff got me in right away and treated me with kindness and care. I was embarrassed of my teeth at that time and had no dental insurance and they understood and put me at ease. They did not treat me any less because I couldn't produce a Black Card... I had some hefty duty work done and the only pain I had was self induced tension in my muscles expecting pain but experiencing ZERO PAIN and not too much trauma on the wallet either. Thank God. I actually had a team of people working on me and they were all excellent. I am so grateful for the dentists and all the staff that helped me overcome my trauma and bad experience and get my teeth back. I will never go anywhere else again. When the appointment time approaching, I found that I could not keep the appointment so I rescheduled the appointment. The rescheduling was easy. Dr. Moon is friendly and professional.
