One tooth had a cavity on the side and on top from an old set of braces I had on when I was a kid. I knew that one needed a cap. After that I never saw my original dentist. All of a sudden I needed 3 additional caps. Believing they were honest, I scheduled them. The 2nd one on the opposite side was pretty quick. The third one they ground down so far they hit the nerve and still put the cap on, its super sensitive and food gets stuck. I never went back for the 4th one. Saw another dentist and he said I was lucky I didn't do the 4th one because that tooth DID NOT NEED A CAP. I had insurance but still paid out of pocket. Called to discuss with them but never received any calls back.

Well I can say that as most people experience you are told one price and then another, you are told…read morethey are coming in and then you are told you need to come back, now they make the mistake but they say no that was not the issue. Make sure when you walk out you get your complete plan because they will back track on you and say you still owe them!!!!!

They proceeded to tell me I needed the new and expensive 360 xrays without informing of how expensive they are. The consultation after was brief and uncaring. I didn't get much information about what a good plan would be. Never any talk of how to proceed in the most cost effective way. The hygienist was terrible. I asked her to please take her time and don't worry about hurting me. A good cleaning is more important that a few minutes of discomfort. She was finished in about 5 minutes. It felt like they wanted to get rid of me, so I will oblige them. The receptionist was wonderful.

They don't have any weekend hours as the dentist wants three day weekends , I suggested to the staff that the dentist should offer biweekly Friday's or Saturday's but the dentist wants his time off and although the staff agree they will just defend the dentist with his selected days that he wants to work . I have excellent dental coverage, since May, I have called them and to date, they have not sent back my claim forms I have showed extreme patience and my last call 10 days ago, I was assured someone would get back to me. Tried to call again at 10:30am got machine that someone will call me back. I am at witts end with these people. I saw another dentist, who advised me I was overcharged by $500. I guess at the time they thought because, I am a NY resident they could screw me over. My next step is 2 fold, 1st to call the ADA and secondly is to see what my attorney can do. My advise is to stay far away from this office.
