This is a chicken breast stuffed with ham and mozzarella, breaded and fried with Carbonara sauce on top. I would compare this to a Chicken Cordon Bleu as it's very similar. Delicious nevertheless. If you're feeling like getting steak, then the Churrasco Z ($33) is for you. This is a Churrasco steak topped with a creamy parmesan cheese sauce, mushrooms, and bacon on top. We ordered this medium rare and they made it to perfection.
