Given I needed my mower back that day, I decided to pay the higher rate. Within 20 minutes, they rolled out my mower and said it was ready to go. When I looked at the final receipt, I noticed they had also charged me an additional charge of $10.95 for "Shop Fees"! When I asked why the additional fees, I was told it was for "grease, rags, etc."; thus, bringing my total bill to $115.00 for what took only 15 mins to repair... unbelievable and never again!
