For someone that makes pennys, she seems to be invested in not doing anything that resembles her job. She argued about what she thought she knew instead of helping us try to resolve an issue with an unauthorized use of a credit card. All she could keep on telling us to call the cops. It's one thing not to have fresh donuts and a dirty bathroom. Which this station fits to a tee, but not to even offer a corporate number or refer to a competent human being, this woman was particularly lazy and really could care less.
