Imagine my surprise…read morewhen I go see another mechanic closer to where I live, who tells me that my brake fluid is very dirty and that I need my rear brakes done soon! When I reach out to Jimmy, receipt in hand to refer to, he claims that because it was just over a year ago there's nothing he can do about it. My mistake was paying them cash and not by card to file a dispute. Will never make that mistake again. Jimmy never apologized and never took accountability-- that's the part that took me aback b/c I honestly felt like Jimmy was a nice guy and seemed honest. Not sure who's to blame but I don't appreciate shelling out $300 only to find out none of the work was done and no apology. I do believe that they are overwhelmed with the amount of cars that come in everyday and the guys are possibly overworked. Still doesn't excuse what happened! So glad I never came here raving about them.. give it time and I'm sure they'll be forgetting about your car too.
