The patty was the freshest meat, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The buns were TDF and the bacon was thick cut and cooked just right. Even the veggies were fresh. We also ordered french fries and onion rings and both were delicious. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and fries were so amazing. Lastly, the mint shake was obscenely good. To top it off, the owner, Bobby, was so hospitable and friendly. He was very engaging. We will absolutely make a special trip from Austin just to come eat here again. Back when I had a gas car, this was always a go-to stop. Now that I drive an EV, I was really impressed to see they've installed GM Energy dual chargers there are two of them, which makes a huge difference. It's so much more convenient than having to drive up the hill to that random charger near the hotel. I'm genuinely glad they added these. It's going to make my trips out to West Texas a lot smoother and less stressful.

I had no engagement with staff while in the store so can't comment on that bit. I took a Waymo so can't comment on parking either but I was a little confused at first by the different set up here. They have 2 stories! So if you're looking for something and don't see it on the first floor, head up the stairs and it'll probably be there. They do have an elevator, as well, if needed. By the registers, they have 3 Self Checkouts for easy self-serve shopping. One staff was monitoring the operations but it was a seamless experience for me. You just gotta keep in mind you are downtown so you may encounter unhomed people and all that comes with that.

If you don't - beware, parking is pretty challenging.
