I was told by a cashier at tractor supply company in Kellogg, Idaho to come back on Saturday…read morebecause they were having a 0% interest for 4 years on this Cub Cadet ZT1. So I went sat opened a account and made the purchase. Two months later after I entered into a auto pay agreement Tractor Supply went into my bank account and started taking 3 & 4 times the payment amount I had setup! I called to complain and after they had made me tell the story 4 times I'm getting irritated they pass me over to some guy for me to tell it again so I went to my bank account and used my balance transfer I told this rude guy I'm paying off my account with Tractor Supply, without him saying anything he cancelled my account. One month later I was going through my banking I found out my perfect credit @ 760 was reduced to 640 because Tractor Supply had hit me with late fees, when they closed my account my balance transfer never went finished the payoff . Tractor Supply is still sticking it to me 3 months later with late fees my balance transfer is waiting for TSC to accept but they will not because my account was closed. DO NOT LET THEM SUCK YOU INTO THEIR SCAMS OF FINANCING!

I understand that everyone is under stress these days, so maybe I shouldn't comment…read more I went to their new store in Sagle last week. The notice on the door said to call for an appointment. So I did. The message I got when I called was "leave a message". There were people inside by the cars parked there. They were obviously open, but doors locked. So naturally, I knocked on the door (being the call for an appointment was "leave a message," and I'm already parked right there). Eventually, a guy comes out, rudy pushes the door open, and walks past me. I thought, wow! This guy is a mad customer or something. I'm just staring at him, asking myself what was that was all about. The guy stops about 10 feet away from me, spins around (never once looking at me in the eye), and says, "we talk out here!". "Didn't you read the sign to call?" I told him I DID call and got an I call you back message, and I thought if I knocked, I would get to speak to someone, even if 6' away. I was inquiring about what equipment they had for sale. I felt like an idiot and like a child being scolded. Yikes. Hmm. I am not returning there for another round of that!

Rental customers please be aware of the condition of equipment you need to rent from this business…read more I had rented from them previously and everything went fine because nothing broke down on me . The second time I rented a skid steer to move some dirt around on my property. When I rented this equipment the guy made a comment about how worn out the tracks were and they probably should had been changed by now due to the rips and holes (see photo) . I thought nothing of the comment because I felt I was dealing with a stand up Buisness at that time and frankly I was being dumb and trusting. We'll of coarse the track came off of this machine on my watch . While helping put the track back on I noticed many old tears in the tracks. After the mechanic and I put the track back on it needed to be tightened to hold it in place , as the mechanic did this using a power grease gun it forced a large rip due to being properly pressurized.this was loaded and promptly returned to the yard . This is where I was informed the charged would be on me since I broke the track, the truth is the track was weak to start and I believe the pressure was lowered to keep the old track turning without ripping in half at full pressure . This probably was overdue for new tracks years ago . What happens with this Buisness owner is this .... If you aren't very very knowledgeable about the equipment you rent and refuse to rent it based on lack of maintenance you as the customer will be charged for new set of tracks which I believe are upwards of 6k .plus labor to install them in their full service shop . Bottom line is there is no possible way this business can place blame on anyone for lack of maintenance on their equipment. We as customers have to be able to put some trust in these businesses in our own community . This looks really bad on newtec and I'm disappointed to say the least . Clearly the owner who was very very nasty to deal with isn't wanting to keep his assets in solid order using his checkbook rather he prefers customers to use theirs to pay for maintenance needs . I think I may have uncovered the little game being played on folks which explains the hostility received from the owner while trying to discuss the situation. I can only hope this helps someone out and not make my mistakes.

When I returned it 2 and a 1/2 hours later, your representative was kind enough to only charge me for half day since I only used it for such a short time. I will definitely go back there for any of my rental needs.

I am reviewing the billing department where you have to pay your account. We get a bill via mail…read moreand it's paid as soon as we get it each month. We have spent thought at the Polson store. They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong
