She told me the price and then when she learned the square footage she said, "in that case we'll have to charge you xx price", implying a higher price. It was fine by me because the new price was exactly the same as what she initially said. She told me they would be in my area the following Friday, which seemed like a long time out, but ok. When I asked what time, she told me it depends on how things go and how busy they are. Not helpful, but then I told her I would not be available in the afternoon so I asked if I could request a morning appointment and she told me that shouldn't be a problem. Appointment scheduled. Fast forward a week and a half and when they hadn't shown by noon, I called to see if they were coming. No answer, so I left a message asking for a call back. An hour or so later....nothing, so I called again. No answer this time either so I left another message telling them to cancel this, and any future "service" because I was taking my business elsewhere, where they would be responsive. The technician was friendly and helpful, but office help and customer care was not. When I asked about pricing to maintain their work, she quoted me $151.76 every 8 weeks for spraying a 2300 sq. ft. Home and $75 every two weeks to fill mouse traps if needed. She couldn't quote me the charge for coming out because rates were changing and she didn't know where her copy was. Didn't offer to get back with me. Didn't offer a contract. So I said I would shop around. I found another company, local, charging $200 for first time out and $45 every three months. Go with Pointe if you need pest help.
