Eli and Ross showed up and immediately noticed a couple significant safety issues in my old cabin, and on the previous setup. I was impressed by Eli and Ross, as well as apprentice electrician Bradley. Professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to help me understand each fix that I needed to consider. They built out the new service in inclement weather, and had to make an extra trip for specialized gear. Pricing was upfront, clear, and fair. My cabin and well house are now much more safe. I am 100% satisfied, they will be getting my business moving forward. Thank You!

11/10/23 the tech's just completed the work. I can't say enough about this company. Eli and Ross…read morewere a pleasure to work with. I got an overall quote to bring my house to code, Ross explained and showed me each fix that needed done. I feel the quote was very reasonable so it's something I'll be doing down the road. Today, the guys (Ross and Eli) corrected another independent guys mess up. I now have a hall light that works by turning off by a wall switch. They offer a $89 service fee. After the assessment I was given a quote, at that point had the option to proceed with the work or decline. I feel with the price of gas and price to run a van 35 miles away is a fair deal on the service fee. I'm 100% happy with my experience with Lightspeed Electric. They will be my go to from this point on.

Very professional…read more It is rare these days to get a contractor this good. Very good communication and the job was done timely and done well. They fixed a shorted recessed light can and identified the purpose of a switch that was not being utilized for a outdoor ceiling fan. Charges were very fair, I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for an honest pro electrician. Thank you.

I've had work done several times by zimdall electric. Each time got worse than the previous time…read more Everything from knocking out an entirely functional wall of electricity to putting things in the ground that were already there such as grounding copper. Then the worst part was when Steve fell through my kitchen ceiling and tried to blame me. And if that wasn't bad enough that my kitchen ceiling came down they sent three guys who had been drinking to fix the ceiling. Instead of fixing the ceiling they cut a square out of the ceiling and put a square into the ceiling even though a 4x8 sheet was ruined plus and then they ruined the texture on my ceiling. And to this day it's still like that because they've never fixed it. Even though every job that I ever had them work on I paid cash money. So I wouldn't recommend them for anything. I strongly recommend anybody should call the Arkansas electrical licensing or the contractor's licensing board to make sure that all the workers that come to your house are indeed licensed in the state of Arkansas. I will say one thing that was good about the company and that was Ed. Ed was an extremely personable person I don't know what his actual job is but I would say working in a field of construction that I had for decades that I would say he would be an amazing outside salesperson because he is definitely a good talker very pleasant professional and it's got a sense of humor. So yay for Ed but he's not the one working on anything electric or drywall for that matter. So I would not hire zimdall electric. Also I have to say that this is nothing to do with the original owner Richard zimdall who is retired. This business is not owned by zimdalls anymore. So it's sad that somebody does that shoddy work using a company name who built a strong following in the Mountain Home area. I believe the owner there is Matthew Archie and not Richard zimdall
