I stuff my own sausage from time to time and these expensive sausage links didn't make the grade. These sausages were very dense and flavorless. Truly disappointing. I purchased a few other items that were absolutely stellar. Just what I expected. Top cuts of Buffalo. My Buffalo T-Bone steaks were amazing coming off of my smoker.
