My drink was only KR 110, which is only about 20% more than in Los Angeles. I wish I could find food in Norway for that low of a markup. Definitely a good option for drinks in town. If I'm back in Bergen, I would happily return.

Lille Bar that night had a mostly Norwegian crowd, with folks so young they looked like undergrad freshmen. Did I mention my brand new German friend was female? Also, the crowd was fun - but some of the guys were loaded. Thankfully, the bouncers are cool, level-headed, and were able to calm things down without kicking people out. As you might imagine, the drink prices here were the best I had seen in Bergen, with fantastic specials. If it weren't for the fact that I had a flight back to the USA at 8am, I would have stayed until close. The music was also incredible - a mixture of top 40, the best of the 90s, and awesome tunes from the 80s. I felt like the DJ was just hitting shuffle on my iPod.

Not only that, they have a really great variety of unique flavors like an Imperial Stout with Guava.. You read that right! They don't offer flights, which is unfortunate, but even though they only have 1 price per beer on their menu, the bartender told us we could get the smaller 0.3L pours. We went that route so we could try several different beers. Also great at giving recommendations if you're torn between beers as you definitely will be with the tremendous variety. Skål!
