There is nothing rude about the lady at the desk or about Rick himself. As long as I have known them and have done business with them I had no issues with them trying to sell me what I don't need. As a matter of fact, Rick has been upfront with all of my automotive needs. Rick is also on the spot with getting things done. If I need an inspection, all I need do is call them, if I need repairs, he says bring it in and he gets right on it. As far as his Corvette, it is on a rack, been there for years. Plenty of dust on it, but it is there for a reason....he is going to take it down when he retires and he will be travelling with his wife. I have made comments about cleaning it up and selling it to me, jokingly. He never used foul language toward me for asking. My husband and I went in to see how much it cost for an alignment. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and tried to get us to buy tires we didn't need as soon as we walked in. A minute later my husband saw a Corvette on the lift that was extremely dirty and dusty and commented that it would be a nice car if it were cleaned and the older man on the floor said in an angry voice "there's nothing f***ing wrong with that car son." After all that they still expected our business and were angry when we left! We'll pay the extra $20 it takes to get an alignment from a business that appreciates and is nice to its customers. read more

Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Experience, Terrible Mechanic. By far the worst experience I've had with a mechanic since I've owned a car. Absolutely no communication as to when the vehicle would possiblly be looked at or fixed. Multiple phone calls to find out the status met with "we haven't looked at it yet", "we're getting to it", "most likely it'll be tomorrow" and any other lame excuse you can think of. After a week and a half of getting the run around I finally asked for a specific time frame in which it would be finished. Rick told me I was an "impatient Yankee", to come pick up the truck and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your vehicle repairs. Timeliness, communcation skills and overall customer service are completely lacking at this shop. We'll certainly never do business again and I hope you find better luck somewhere else. My experience with this auto shop was a complete an utter waste of time. read more
