As a matter of fact, Rick has been upfront with all of my automotive needs. Rick is also on the spot with getting things done. If I need an inspection, all I need do is call them, if I need repairs, he says bring it in and he gets right on it. As far as his Corvette, it is on a rack, been there for years. Plenty of dust on it, but it is there for a reason....he is going to take it down when he retires and he will be travelling with his wife. I have made comments about cleaning it up and selling it to me, jokingly. He never used foul language toward me for asking. My husband and I went in to see how much it cost for an alignment. The girl behind the counter was…read moreextremely rude and tried to get us to buy tires we didn't need as soon as we walked in. A minute later my husband saw a Corvette on the lift that was extremely dirty and dusty and commented that it would be a nice car if it were cleaned and the older man on the floor said in an angry voice "there's nothing f***ing wrong with that car son." After all that they still expected our business and were angry when we left! We'll pay the extra $20 it takes to get an alignment from a business that appreciates and is nice to its customers.
