We were on vacation from north of Milwaukee when our Expedition was sputtering and getting reduced…read moremileage. The local auto-parts-chain store tested it and prescribed O2 sensors. They sold us all 4 for $250 because their testing device could not identify which sensor was bad. We went to Matt's for the install and they said they want to test the system themselves for a diagnosis. My first thought was, "ya, RIGHT"! But, they must have better equipment because they identified the PCV valve as the problem. So, $40 and one hour later we were on the road with the "Check Engine" light off, no sputtering and normal MPG. It was worth the $20 tip! I do not give endorsements for folks just doing their job. But, Matt's Auto Service Center has earned the positive recognition. Their work gets results.

But after picking it up I drove only about 20 miles before having a blowout, causing me to miss work. Of course they weren't open, it was a Saturday. Once again, no biggie. I called up to Walmart. they had a tire for me, brand new mind you, for $55. Put on quickly and with a smile. I digress. Back to Bob's. It's now Monday, and I call up to bob's to see if they can help me. I speak with the owner (not Bob btw) and he begins to tell me I must have hit a nail or run it on low air. I tell him no puncture from nail and he was the one to put the air in it 20 miles prior. He says he would stand by it if he inspected it. So I drove up there. I wasted my time. This guy just looks at it and all the inner lining bubbling and crusting away and tells me I was running it on low air. I'd had enough of this guy. So be it. You were a jerk and your hometown business is garbage. I would give this business negative stars if I could. The only positive I can say about this place is the owners employee was very helpful.

Absolutely no complaints with it all. I found the sales experience to be quick and easy. In fact, I was taken aback by the lack of small talk, and the salesman being straight to the point, and greatly appreciated it. What also impressed me was how fairly they priced my trade-in. At first I thought they offered me too little for it. But it had rust issues. Otherwise the truck was good mechanically and I liked it. I was on the fence about fixing the rust or trading it. At first I thought the trade-in offer too low. But now that I see it that it is reasonably priced on their lot, I feel much better about the deal. So after making this deal I feel like these guys were honest and straightforward and would go back there again.

He said yes I will get you a tire. I went on back today It cost me 360 some dollars couldn't take the new tire off my rim because now it's used so I had to buy the tire, so this Ford dealer has no warranty on any tires I didn't even have 2000 miles on the tire. Keep this in mind if you are going to buy tires here.
