However, she couldn't give me any kind of estimate for the price of a "diagnostics" (nor did she even try) & when I explained that I couldn't just bring my car in without having any idea of what the initial diagnosis may cost she simply hung up the phone on me. I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. Very rude first contact with this business that did not promote any kind of trust in this business.
