Dr Sutter and his staff are low key and casually dressed. The walls and instruments looked clean, but the light in the exam room I was in was dirty and the exam rooms look sad and tired. I knew she was different when I called her office for the first time and she herself answered the phone because the receptionist was busy. They don't pack that office too tight - I wait 5 minutes in the waiting room, even less in the exam room, which also means if your issue is urgent they WILL get you in there. Dr Schnapp is a caring human being that doesn't try to upcharge you for bs, doesn't pass judgment, isn't a cold robot, and makes sure you leave knowing everything she knows about your situation. She also has a much gentler touch during pap smears than I have ever experienced. In addition, when I had a miscarriage 6 years ago, the 3 doctors of the practice took turns over the weekend calling me to make sure i was ok. I saw her today and not only does she know me, she remembers every detail of that experience six years back. I wish there were physicians like her in Las Vegas.

I tried to use their patient portal to send a message to a doctor, but I couldn't fill out one field in the note, which was location, which is a required field. You cannot fill it out, it doesn't work, and it's a required field. So here I am without any way to contact my doctor. This is the large facility on Tesson Ferry. It was already starting to go downhill the past 2 or 3 years. Their manager is a btch. But now it's just sad.

The ladies up front are so friendly and helpful! We filled out new patient forms and were seen right at our appointment times. I know it's hard to imagine, but we hardly had to wait at all. I went back in a few days later for blood work and they called me back earlier than my appointment time! Dr. Busch and her staff are wonderful. I completely agree with Julie P. on this one, that the doctor and Diane, her nurse are fantastic! They never seem too busy to address your concerns. I have been seeing Dr. Busch for over a year now and I just love her and all the staff in the practice. They are prompt, caring, and I have never felt rushed when I have a lot to talk about with Dr. Busch or Diane, her nurse. They put up with me being a bit of a hypochondriac and I can usually get appointments within 24-48 hours. Dr. Busch is also sensitive to my income limitations and always tries cheaper medicines first and gives me samples when she has them. The practice includes two male doctors as well. Dr. Busch and one of the others treat children as well as adults. BONUS- they is an urgent care facility in the same building!

I like being able to have access to both in case one is booked up or on vacation. The doctors went to med school together (at SLU) and performed their internships together and so their practice is quite integrated. Both doctors have a very pleasant attitude, listen well, answer as many questions as you have, and take a lot of notes. Everything is computerized so there is no need to wait for someone to "pull your file." There is very little wait time for an appointment, usually the next day. The office is comfortable and modern, the walls adorned, in part, by a nice selection of Dr. Chen's remarkable photography. There are several clean and bright exam rooms and even though they allow you as much time as you need, are run quite efficiently by their friendly and competent staff. They are on staff at Mercy hospitals and provide service to people of all ages, babies thru seniors. Once registered, you can use a web app to schedule appointments, send email questions directly to your doctor, conduct video chat visits, view test results, keep track of immunizations, and much more. I plan to stay with Dr. Chen for good, and I highly recommend that you check this practice out.

The check in app has it way off Manchester for some reason and I have submitted an updated locations so hopefully that will get fixed.
