I am so pleased with the results of working with the team at Flooring Outlet…read more I worked with them to select a high quality engineered hardwood flooring for the kitchen and living spaces in my new home, and a snazzy carpet for all the bedrooms and office. Tina was extremely helpful to show me a variety of products, across all price points; and to assist in narrowing down my selections. I was able to borrow many samples to take and see how they looked in my home. She was very timely in generating a detailed quote for materials and installation; and then scheduling the installation, subsequently. The installers were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, extremely friendly and explained every part of the installation; and even finished ahead of schedule. The hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous and really brightened up the living space with a very classy look! As for amazing... the lead installer was so diligent that he had rolled out the entire carpet, before install, only to notice a few stains, from manufacturing. He quickly pointed these out to me (honestly, I probably would not have noticed them); and then he contacted Tina. While we had ripped out the old carpet already; Tina assured me they would remedy the situation: 1) install the new carpet, with the stain; 2) contact the supplier to replace the ENTIRE piece and re-install. So, in a few weeks, when they get the new carpet from the supplier; they will replace the one LARGE section covering the hallway and master bedroom. At no cost to me. That is amazing customer service!!! The installer was so adamant about no seams/cuts. He HAD to have just one piece run the entire hallway and throughout the master. It looks gorgeous, now; and I am sure it will again, after he installs the replacement too. So, if you are looking for a wide range of flooring products to choose from, and looking for extremely top-notch installation, checkout Flooring Outlet.

Beautiful, durable flooring to replace high priced but poorly manufactured carpet that had started to decay shortly after installation by one of the big box stores that subcontracted the work. Appreciate their taking the time to educate us on the various products available and where they work best. We will absolutely use them again if the need arises.

On a recommendation from a friend, we went into Broadway Carpet and began looking for the right flooring. I must say that of all the local flooring businesses, Broadway was the most attentive in assisting us finding just the right product so we chose them. Then the installation began which involved removing the old prior to putting in the new. Their installation staff was fabulous as it took 8 days to do the demo and the install carefully, repairing issues to get it just perfect prior to laying down the new flooring. We chose a luxury vinyl which turned out absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Broadway Carpet for their customer service, knowledge of product and professional installation.

Gavin, the new owner (and Leiah's husband and son of the previous owners), came out and explained everything and answered my questions after I selected carpet. He said sometimes in homes like mine that are very crowded with furniture, they recommend hiring Meathead Movers to help, but that that is pricy. I said hiring movers was not needed last time they installed carpet in my house about ten years ago. I assume that if extra time was needed because I have a house full of furniture, it was included in the bid. Carlos and Eddie installed the carpet. They are consummate professionals and seasoned installers. They were here for 2+ days and did a precise and beautiful job. They were so kind to me and my cats! They asked all the right questions and were friendly and humorous throughout the entire process. Gavin showed up to help with heavy projects. Thank you to everyone at Angello's for a wonderful outcome.
