I spoke to so many lawyers trying to find someone I could trust, and was reasonably priced. Many other lawyers tried to scare me into hiring them, gave bad advice, or discussed money very early on. Once I talked to Stan, I immediately noticed his knowledge was FAR superior, and his calm honesty was reassuring. He knew the time and day of my court date before I told him. He was already talking about reviewing police body cams on the first phone call! Stan is a former Deputy Prosecutor, and has even served as a temporary District Court Judge! Trust me, your getting alot of lawyer for your money and it's well worth it. He always kept me very informed and calm during my case, no matter how much I contacted him. The outcome of my case was amazingly good and beyond my expectation, and I can't thank Glisson and Morris enough. I told him I would leave a review as a thank you, but I honestly can't express in words how appreciative and glad I am that I hired him. Thank you so much Stan and God Bless You. Mr. Kram is a member of the "old boys club", and will not go to bat for his clients. I directed him…read moreto sue DSHS for me. There are adequate legal reasons to think DSHS was culpable and the judge was incompetent, and my case was unjust. Yet Mr. Kram refused to come to my aid even after I paid him $25,000. More details below: I hired Mr. Kram after an audit tribunal found that I owed a quarter million dollars because DSHS alleged my files had "no documentation", and money was ordered to be taken-back. But DSHS lied about my documentation. Three out of twelve documents that I used in my files were published by DSHS. The documents were created by DSHS, yet they said that they didn't know what they were. The judge agreed with DSHS on all counts and did not question why my documents were not "documentation". Mr. Kram was not part of the tribunal, nor for most of the appeals. He was hired late in the game, so I hold no grudge with him for what occurred before he was hired. My only recourse was to sue DSHS and the judge for unfairly finding against me for $250,000. After all, DSHS lied, and the judge blindly deferred. Furthermore, the judge was very biased against me. I asked Mr. Kram to sue DSHS on my behalf. I pointed out to him how DSHS lied, yet he refused to sue. His explanation of my situation was that I had a car accident (metaphorically) and then got the car repaired. When I asked my auto insurance carrier to pay for the repair, Mr. Kram says, I didn't provide the repair bill to the insurance company. In other words, I had no documentation, and I shouldn't get paid. Mr. Kram apparently agreed with the judge, but he would not (or could not) explain how anyone can allege there was no documentation. When Mr. Kram refused to sue for me, I told him I wouldn't pay the final $700 of his bill. Later, I offered to pay him if he sued DSHS. He still refused, and he sent me to collections. I don't know what Mr. Kram would say about this Yelp essay. I hope he responds to it. I am not happy with his representation at all. He told me that judges have immunity from suits. But there must be ways to unseat a crooked judge. As for DSHS, they get sued almost ever month, it seems, and they lie in court. HB

John Groseclose is a rare kind of attorney -- deeply ethical, sharply strategic, and relentlessly…read morededicated to doing what's right. I've been represented by John in a long, high-conflict custody battle, and I can say without hesitation that having him as my attorney changed the entire course of my case -- and my daughter's life. From the beginning, John demonstrated unmatched patience and professionalism. My case involved repeated violations of the parenting plan, medical neglect, travel disputes, safety concerns, and emotionally draining communication patterns from the other parent. Through all of it, John remained clear-headed, responsive, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to understand the full picture -- reading through timelines, messages, medical records, and incident reports -- and he never made me feel like I was alone. What sets John apart is how grounded and strategic he is in court. Despite aggressive tactics and misinformation from the opposing side, he stayed focused on the facts and the law. He doesn't play games -- he builds a case methodically and ethically, and the judge saw that. He never made false promises, and he didn't have to: his work speaks for itself. When it came time to challenge a GAL report full of inaccuracies and bias, John didn't back down. He brought in expert witnesses, therapist input, and hard evidence that ultimately led the judge to reject the GAL's recommendations and rule in favor of protecting my child's best interests. That alone speaks volumes. Throughout this process, I've leaned on John not only as an attorney but as a guide through some of the most overwhelming moments of my life. He treated my case like it mattered, and it did -- because it was about my daughter. He always remembered that. If you're looking for someone who's experienced, no-nonsense, child-focused, and genuinely invested in doing what's right -- John Groseclose is that attorney. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Neil's is a really upstanding character and is a pillar of the Tacoma community he serves with his time volunteering for his non-profit group. Rather than focusing on fees and crunching numbers on how much our personal injury claim will cost, his first concern was turned toward my father's health and telling him to focus on his recovery first. He and his staff really were empathetic to our situation and their service really reflected that. Neil's experience and attention to details expedited our personal injury claim which in turn was handled flawlessly. It was such a hassle free process. In the end, the medical bills took a big chunk out of our settlement payout and due to Evergreen's ethical rule of thumb that the firm should not make more than the client, the attorney fees were reduced to where my father was fairly compensated for his injuries. That was AMAZING! I've dealt with attorney's in the past, and this NEVER happens! As you can see from my family's experience, working with Neil and his associates at Evergreen Personal Injury is a no brainer. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Thank you Neil and good luck to your future endeavors!
