I…read morehave suffered with neuropathy for almost 10 years and I went in to his group seminar to learn more about ways to help relieve my pain. He gave me hope and said the next step was to pay $79 to come back for a full personal evaluation. When I called today to confirm my appt the nice receptionist asked if I was excited about moving forward and I explained that I am still in the process of wanting to learn more but I am excited for my appt. Next thing I know Dr Cherry called me back personally stating that I would be wasting his time if I wasn't planning on moving forward with the $3000 treatment that he recommended. He then proceeded to say that "he thought he made himself very clear" as though I was a small child. As a 78 year old women who would love to have nothing but the best I am sorry that I cannot commit to a $3000 treatment that Dr cherry himself said there were no guarantees that it would even work. Please be aware that when you pay the $79 "next step" fee at the group seminar it will be considered a commitment to move forward with the $3000 treatment he is recommending. As an older person on a fixed income I will not be getting my $79 back and when I got off the phone with him I was left feeling defeated and sad that I trusted hIm.

I was in so much pain from a work-related injury that I couldn't move my head or even sit up on my own. I had to prop my entire torso and head up on our couch just so I could stop some of the pain. (It hurt so much I was afraid to move because I thought I could become paralyzed. I'd had some neck and back issues before, but NOTHING like this.) Thank goodness I heard of Dr. Benjamin right when I needed a chiropractor. They were able to get me in the next day. At my first visit with Dr. Benjamin, I couldn't even hold the clipboard to fill out the standard paperwork, but he took me in and helped me anyway. I felt a reduction in pain during the first visit, and I was able to move my head a little afterward. He took such good care of me for the first few visits before I was able to go and get X-rays taken, and I feel that speaks volumes about his abilities as a chiropractor. He was able to go in "blind" and figure out what I needed for my muscles and my spine, and I most definitely felt and saw improvement at every visit - and I still do. I have even sent my husband and son to Dr. Benjamin, and we will continue to see him regularly. I am not out of the woods yet since my entire spine was out of alignment (my neck was so bad I had a reverse curve at the base of it), but I would never go to another chiropractor or let my family go to anyone else. Dr. Benjamin is the BEST.

Before Dr. Shenassa repaired my broken wrist, it would have been a freaken miracle. I tripped in my backyard and fell with my arms extended, so I broke my wrist. Dr. Shenassa assessed my hand and scheduled me for a repair surgery. It took about a minute to realize he is smart. After our time together, I left the appointment knowing he was worthy of my trust. The surgical center is the same one that my orthopedic surgeon uses, so the anesthesiologists knew me and it was a successful and uneventful surgery. Dr. Shenassa called me that night to make sure I was doing ok. His office team met with me and assessed me until I was recovered from the surgery and on my way to building strength. I broke my wrist 1/6/2025. I was able to use my hand a couple of months after the surgery. It took about a year for me to recover my maximum wrist strength. Now, 18 months after I broke my wrist, every time I use it, I think of my surgeon and how he helped me keep going. When I show my wrist scar to hospital and orthopedic professionals, they are amazed at the work.
