She was friendly, kind, and made sure to target the areas that I asked for. The massage felt amazing! She used different tools on me and it was a unique experience. The room was clean and nicely decorated. At the end of the massage she was really concerned if my neck felt better. She took extra time even after the massage was over to continue massaging my neck. The only (and biggest) con was the room was right next to the reception area so it was very noisy. You could hear everything that was taking place in the waiting area. It really made it hard to fully enjoy the experience when you could hear all the conversations taking place. Adamina was amazing though! It was just way too loud for a massage experience.

On top of that, there's a sign suggesting tip amounts up to $50. It feels like unnecessary pressure and takes away from what was otherwise a great experience. Tipping should feel voluntary, not intimidating. Makes me feel like they are not paying the masseuse. If they changed the checkout process to give customers more privacy, the experience would be close to perfect. I'd still return because the massages are that good.

I previously spoke directly with the owner and explained that I have FMLA-related medical circumstances and unpredictable migraines that can occur without warning. During that conversation, I specifically explained that there may be times when I need to cancel an appointment unexpectedly because of a severe migraine. I was told that a note would be placed in the system regarding my situation so that I would not be charged a cancellation fee if I needed to cancel for this reason. Today, I had to call to cancel an appointment because I was experiencing a terrible migraine. Despite our previous conversation and the understanding that a note would be placed in my account, I was advised that I would still have to pay a cancellation fee. This is very disappointing because I had already discussed this exact situation with the owner beforehand and relied on the understanding that my circumstances had been documented. There are also ongoing concerns regarding charges on my account that I would like reviewed: I purchased a package of 5 massages, but during my last visit I was still charged $132 for a massage on August 22. I explained at the time that I had already purchased the package of five massages, yet the $132 charge continues to appear. I was also charged for another visit/day that I had already paid for, including the herbs. The amount I paid was $80, and I was later told that the payment had not been received. My FSA card records show the charge, so I believe this payment should be verifiable. I also posted a review regarding my experience because I felt it was important to honestly share what happened. I was very disappointed to discover that my review was intentionally removed. This added to my concerns because I believe customers should be able to provide honest feedback about their experiences, including concerns regarding billing and customer service. To avoid further confusion or unexpected charges, I have requested to cancel all of my remaining appointments for the rest of the year, with the exception of the two massages that remain pending from my package. I am requesting that you please review my account, including my previous discussion with the owner, the cancellation note that was supposed to be placed in the system, my five-massage package, and the payment records for the $132 and $80 charges. I would appreciate written clarification regarding these charges and confirmation that my account has been corrected accordingly. I would also like confirmation that the remaining two massages from my package will remain available to me and that no additional incorrect charges will be applied. I have been trying to resolve these issues, but having to repeatedly explain payments and charges that should already be reflected correctly in the system is extremely frustrating. I am also disappointed that after taking the time to share my experience through a review, it was removed. I hope this matter can be reviewed and resolved fairly and professionally. They start by having you put your feet in warm water which is very relaxing. You get the reflexology done in a dimly lit room on a small bed next to other beds with clients beside you. They started by massaging my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. They eventually made their way to my feet and calves. They end the massage with hot towels & warm stones. *They accept walks- ins which is nice when you're in the mood for a spontaneous foot massage* Cons: 1.) The towels they use to dry your legs and feet off with are really rough and hurt a bit. 2.) the one time I got a full body massage instead of reflexology was really rushed. It was in a tiny room, the masseuse scratched my back to the point where it bled (it was an elderly lady so maybe she couldn't see?) The massage was terrible. I would only go for reflexology 3.) the reflexology room is shared with many clients so it's very communal. The only downside is some clients are not mindful and not courteous. Yesterday, a man's phone kept going off very loudly. Not to mention he was talking loud and fell asleep and started snoring extra loud. Some people really can't read the room. But the prices are really good! It's a nice treat once in a while. The customer service is always good too.
