The new staff today, seemed upset that we asked, and told us firmly that the pass is only good for the same day "Friday only" between 10-2pm (not super convenient). Just weird when you get different rules from different people. Pros: 3 bathrooms with showers. Emailed asking to cancel. No return email. Fast forward to August. Collection company calls again. Tells me I never made a payment in May. That I need to show them proof. So when I go back through bank statements to locate the charge I will send it to them and the better business bureau.
