An amazing team operating this KOA location. Walked you through the sign in process. About a week or two out, Team sent me occasional updates as to what events and what to expect upon arrival and during stay. Main building has just about everything you need. Great showers. They are small but they come with great hot and or cold water if needed with great water pressure. There is a dog wash in the back of the building. They also have a small dog pen for your dogs to run around in off leash. Ichose one of their small cabins. They are full stocked if needed (sheets / blankets and such). Each location has a deck, outside table, and fire pit. Some cabins come with more or less, just depends on what you choose. It would be nice if they had a few more tense spots. In all, Camp Host - does a great job in keeping location very clean and presentable. Job well done !! read more

Richfield KOA was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at, we did stay in January. Let me explain, first no one on duty, I mean absolutely nobody. Everything was by generic computer text. Then the BATHROOM WAS CLOSED! That means no shower, no bathroom, and no one to complain to for a refund. Why does KOA allow them to still rent spots without some reference to this being a simple parking spot without any amenities? We would have been much better off to go and stay at a local hotel for the same price. If you are in a van or smaller RV avoid this place! Many of the sites are occupied by full time residences so it is more of a mobile home park rather than a camping spot. People driving in and out at all hours, heading to or coming home from work. Lot's of noise and again, no body around to request another spot, or to open the bath. read more

Great campground, friendly staff, very clean restrooms and laundry room. Cute storefront, dog washing area, wash basin, cornhole and other games. We stayed for two days, and we loved the pool! A huge perk was that there were pool toys there to be shared. We will be back and highly recommend to friends and family. read more

This lovely campground is a real gem. Although we only spent one night (since we were on the road), we sort of wish we could have stayed longer. Every single detail about the place us first class. The staff are super friendly and the facilities are top notch. Our pull-through space is huge and has 2 concrete sitting areas with brand new table and chairs. There's also a fire ring. Our dogs are thrilled with the large fenced in dog area. The only possible negative comment would be that our Satellite TV won't work because of the beautiful shade trees that surround us. Actually, that's a positive comment because they provide cable, and having full shade is wonderful. Obviously I am very pleased with the Richfield KOA, and so will you. read more

This was a great location and place to stay on our way to Utah. This KOA had great amenities to entertain the kids; park, pool, spa, fresh donuts and fun toys for purchase at the convenient store on site. If you upgrade to a superior/VIP slip it offers a concrete area with a table/chairs & and personal fenced in dog run for your pup. We were greeted by a man on a quad as we drove in who escorted us to our site, this was very helpful. There is a great walking path to walk your dog very near. Great spot overall! read more

This KOA is tucked behind a neighborhood next to a school. It's actually pretty close to I-70 although you can't see it. You can hear the drone of traffic from the highway in the background but other than that pretty quiet. Check-in wasquick and friendly. Gravel interior roads and sites. Sites are pretty close together.We had to make a tight circle around the pool and dodge an Airstream to pull into our narrow site. We barely squeaked under some tree branches that looked like they had been recently trimmed. We had a small concrete patio for picnic table, and our site had a chiminea. The site was just long enough for the MH and toad. Our site was not level so I had to stop the auto levelers before getting the dreaded "twist". There arepremium sites with large patios and fire pits with nice tables and chairs. Some even have a fenced in dog park. Satellite would not be possible in most of the existing sites behind the office. They are putting in quite a few new sites up front where there are no significant trees (yet). They have cable but you have to check out a box. Verizon 4g 3 bars. Their WII FI worked pretty good until more people pulled in. Home Depot, Walmart and a couple restaurants are about a mile away. Convenient for an overnight stay. read more

This clean and well-maintained campground was an oasis in a wide desert. The attendants were helpful well-spoken and a pleasure to deal with. Nearly every campsite was shaded with established shade trees. Our site was level. Everything was very clean and the pool was in perfect order. Cost benefit analysis: Excellent value for cost! Beautiful area surrounded by mountains. This is our first KOA stay. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I are here for his work. Everything went well with our stay at Holiday KOA. We were greeted by incredibly friendly and outgoing management staff and shown to our space that included a private dog yard! The park is located midtown with wonderful access to shopping. Giant cottonwood trees provide excellent shade . The tables and Adirondack chairs and bbq grill were all in excellent shape! The site included a large fire ring and firewood was available onsite. Bill the maintenance man was friendly and truly concerned that we were all set. A well stocked store and upscale bathroom and shower finished off a great stay! We'll be back for sure. read more

This Koa is perfect! Tons of shade keeps the grounds cool. Everything is spotless. There is no road noise. Playground is in a safe location away from campground traffic. Pool is warm and clear. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were in a camping cabin and it had all the extras: microwave, fridge, a/c. We will be back each time we travel through the area. read more

Clean and nice campground. We stayed in one of the camping cabins. My only critique is the cabin has no bathroom. The cabin we stayed in has a double bed and a bunk bed. The cabin had a heater, air conditioner, microwave, mini-fridge and table for food prep. The ladies room had two bathroom stalls, two shower stalls and a combined stall. There's laundry space, with hours. Definitely will tent camp when the weather is nicer. read more

We spent the night here during a road trip. As KOA campgrounds go, it was nice, though not as well-appointed as the one we visited the day before. (I soon learned that my first KOA visit on the previous day was the fanciest of KOAs.) But they have mini-golf, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. They gave us a tent site close to the RV spot where we left our electric car charging overnight. We arrived late, but a call from the road about late check-in made it easy to get find our spot and set up camp quickly. This trip was my first experience with KOA camping. The fact that tent sites have electrical outlets (we could charge our phones), wi-fi, and walls shielding you from neighboring sites felt absolutely decadent. With showers and clean toilets just a short walk away, it was like staying in a hotel (albeit with less-comfortable bedding). We didn't stay long, but this location was comfortable and convenient. read more

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed in! We here in 2014 just overnight and thought it was great. Since then they've made many improvements to the sites. Beautiful large sites, some have large private cement patios with fire rings and tables and chairs. The grounds are immaculate with large shade trees throughout. Some people complain about the cotton from the cottonwoods and not being able to connect to satellite because of the trees, but it was not a problem for us as we just hooked up to their cable. There is a swimming pool to cool off in after a long day of ATVing. For those RVing with fur kids, they even have a nice clean doggy park. Top all of this off with a nice friendly staff! Absolutely deserving of a 5 rating. read more

We decided to get a campground after driving 2 days and Boon docking. We picked an excellent camp ground. The staff are extremely friendly and so were the campers next to us. Too bad we were only here for night, it would be a great place to stay longer. Our aqua hot was giving us problems, we had to use their showers. They were super clean, as everything else was. We were supposed to stay there last night but the smoke from the wildfires had me concerned with the air quality and being in a tent. We drove there anyway and decided we needed to be indoors. The manager graciously refunded our money. However, my son was in tears to go. The pool looked so inviting. The cabins were really cute and the activities (corn hole and especially the seated bikes) were things he didn't want to miss. I hope we can come back again soon and stay there. We have been staying here for about 15 years now, and always find it to be a pleasant experience. The park itself is well maintained, with level pull through spots, and nicely manicured lawns. There are lots of shade trees surrounding each spot, which can be both a good and bad thing. The shade is nice, but the birds really did a number on our awning. There is a swimming pool for you to enjoy after a long day of riding your ATVs and off road cycles. That's right folks, you can ride right out of this park, and access miles and miles of trails. It also offers bicycle rentals, clean showers (or so I am told by my friends that used them, I prefer to use my own rv), and very nice laundry facilities. It also has a little store with basic items in case you forgot something. read more

Great staff, everyone is so friendly here! We were broken down in in Richfield and we had the tow truck driver tow our trailer to this KOA and we are very glad we did. Nice grassy areas and nice pool. They have a little miniature golf course that is run down but still a nice added touch. They have plenty of pull-through sites and full-hookups. They also have a cute little rec room and store! The only thing I didn't like was that the dog "run" was more like a dog patch. It would have been nice to have grass in the dog run and to expand it out, utilizing the room they have since this campground is so big! read more

Too bad we only had one night to stay. This was a beautiful campground. Well kept, lots of shade, sparkling pool, level sites, dog run. Neat and tidy. Concrete pad under picnic tables, grass, 24-hour laundry. Adequate space between sites. We have been told autumn is beautiful as all the shade trees turn color. We will happily return. read more

Absolutely beautiful park. It is tucked back behind a neighborhood and the facility is very well maintained. Family and pet friendly with a pool, disc golf, horseshoes, corn hole, a playground for kids and a fenced in area for dogs. Lots of trees so every site is well shaded. Sites are flat and well groomed. Bathroom and laundry facilities are immaculate. Only stayed one night passing through but next time, we will make time to stay and enjoy. read more

We got a deluxe patio site and loved it. It was well worth the extra cost. Huge concrete patio and very roomy site. The patio furniture was very comfortable.
