This was a great location and place to stay on our way to Utah. This KOA had great amenities to entertain the kids; park, pool, spa, fresh donuts and fun toys for purchase at the convenient store on site. If you upgrade to a superior/VIP slip it offers a concrete area with a table/chairs & and personal fenced in dog run for your pup. We were greeted by a man on a quad as we drove in who escorted us to our site, this was very helpful. There is a great walking path to walk your dog very near. Great spot overall!

This KOA is tucked behind a neighborhood next to a school. It's actually pretty close to I-70 although you can't see it. You can hear the drone of traffic from the highway in the background but other than that pretty quiet. Check-in wasquick and friendly. Gravel interior roads and sites. Sites are pretty close together. We had to make a tight circle around the pool and dodge an Airstream to pull into our narrow site. We barely squeaked under some tree branches that looked like they had been recently trimmed. We had a small concrete patio for picnic table, and our site had a chiminea. The site was just long enough for the MH and toad. Our site was not level so I had to stop the auto levelers before getting the dreaded "twist". There arepremium sites with large patios and fire pits with nice tables and chairs. Some even have a fenced in dog park. Satellite would not be possible in most of the existing sites behind the office. They are putting in quite a few new sites up front where there are no significant trees (yet). They have cable but you have to check out a box. Verizon 4g 3 bars. Their WII FI worked pretty good until more people pulled in. Home Depot, Walmart and a couple restaurants are about a mile away. Convenient for an overnight stay.

Beautiful area surrounded by mountains. This is our first KOA stay. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I are here for his work. Our stays have been ever changing. The owners have been more than accommodating and flexible for us. Highly recommend staying at this KOA if you are coming for play or some R&R.

Clean and nice campground. We stayed in one of the camping cabins. My only critique is the cabin has no bathroom. The cabin we stayed in has a double bed and a bunk bed. The cabin had a heater, air conditioner, microwave, mini-fridge and table for food prep. The ladies room had two bathroom stalls, two shower stalls and a combined stall. There's laundry space, with hours. Definitely will tent camp when the weather is nicer.

This was our first time at a KOA, and we were very impressed. Great location, helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained grounds, immaculate bathrooms and showers. We will making this KOA a regular retreat for or family.

Large site with cement patio and picnic table

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed in! We here in 2014 just overnight and thought it was great. Since then they've made many improvements to the sites. Beautiful large sites, some have large private cement patios with fire rings and tables and chairs. The grounds are immaculate with large shade trees throughout. Some people complain about the cotton from the cottonwoods and not being able to connect to satellite because of the trees, but it was not a problem for us as we just hooked up to their cable. There is a swimming pool to cool off in after a long day of ATVing. For those RVing with fur kids, they even have a nice clean doggy park. Top all of this off with a nice friendly staff! Absolutely deserving of a 5 rating.

The little shop in the main building check in area was very cute and had a lot of fun things to look at and buy! We stayed one night in a tent camp spot. There are restrooms attached to the main building with showers, toilets, and sink/mirrors. There's also a dish washing space for longer stays. The camp site had decent shade and grass area to put your tent on. There were a couple picnic tables for use as well. There are free-roaming peacocks that are beautiful but are definitely loud in the morning! We went in July which is really hot for the hot springs, but it was nice since it wasn't busy! We had our soak time from 8-10pm which was great to view the sunset and soak while the air cooled off. It's such a unique hot spring location with bathtubs and larger pools. The owner walked around and made sure everyone was comfortable and was super friendly. I liked that they weren't sulfur hot springs so you didn't stink after! The negative reviews here seem like they didn't read the website that explained what to expect. I appreciate the websites honesty in keeping this location rustic and authentic, while acknowledging there are things they could improve. Knowing you're not going to a five-star location would be beneficial. The small business aspect played a huge role, in having great hospitality and a very friendly atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you!

I have ruminated on whether to post a review, but am still disturbed by the unethical business…read moresituation that took place during my stay that I am unable to disregard. On February 22 I searched online for a 5-day stay with my desired amenities. Since my stay was to be in June, I knew it could be hot and I researched several parks in the area considering sites that were shaded from the south and the west, which is the hottest time of day in an RV. I do have AC, but choose not to use it, if site is properly shaded. I reviewed Google Earth and found Site #2 to accomodate my needs and paid an extra $20 to reserve that specific site. My confirmation clearly stated, "Site -2 Site # is guaranteed." When I arrived on June 16, I was met by friendly park owner, Glen. I advised him that I was in Site 2, which was occupied. He explained that the people in Site 1 had friends that he put in Site 2 to be next to them. He went on to explain that he had moved me to Site 3, which had more room. There was absolutely no prior communication provided for this change and no mention of a refund of the $20 site guarantee, as I would have likely not stayed here had I been informed. I inquired about shade and he advised that there was a good shade tree on Site 3. The tree provided shade in the morning, not in the afternoon. Now it was too late to book another campground, as it was hot and any campground with shade would certainly be booked. Further, the internet was mediocre. We stayed the 5 nights, but still are extremely disappointed with the business practices and lack of any communication regarding a site change at Circleville RV.

My husband recently over the weekend took a Motorcycle road trip with his buddies. They decided to go towards a secluded road off the fwy to gas's up, look for shade and rest when they came across this spot. I asked my husband how his overall trip was and the first thing he mentioned was this family owned spot. I had to research and we found the spot as he couldn't remember the name. Personally I would like to thank you for treating my husband and the rest of his buddies with no judgment. They all mentioned how extremely welcoming the owner and his family were. The husband and wife cooked up some delicious food and the son was cashiering. The place was clean, organized and felt comfortable like your at home. We all appreciate your kindness and we support small businesses! 100/100 spot I recommend!

The camp layout is interesting; it's set up as a lot of back-ins, which is all you'll see if you try to book online. I ended up calling instead since we were pretty close and since they weren't full, Thelma set us up as a pull-through spanning 2 sites. The only drawback and reason for 4 stars is the entire park gently slopes. You enter driving down hill and the hill just kind of keeps going through to the back of the park. We had a really hard time getting our travel trailer level in the gravel and eventually gave up and just settled with being a bit off kilter for the night. As far as the facilities, on the plus side they are definitely new and pretty clean. As an update to some of the previous reviews: the fitness center is set up and the game room is now open, with a pool table and TV. They may get shuffleboard soon. The club house is large with a full kitchen available to all guests. There is a laundry room with 3 sets of machines. One set was out of order but we used the other two and they worked great; decent size and everything dried without needing extra time. Note that the laundry is coin operated, quarters only, but there is no machine to convert bills to change; I was able to buy $5 worth of quarters from Thelma though. The showers are decent, but lacking shelving or benches or anywhere convenient to place your towel, clothes, etc. There's only one hook attached to the back of the door by an adhesive strip, which I didn't trust to hold my fold-out toiletry bag, and was too far away from the shower to put my towel, so I got creative with using the toilet seat and the accessibility handle bars. Overall, it's a new, clean, welcoming park, but there are definitely opportunities for improvement.
