Multiple employees walked right past me, made eye contact, and still didn't bother to ask if I needed help. This wasn't a busy rush. This wasn't understaffed chaos. This was pure indifference. When you're selling products that customers often *need guidance on*, ignoring them is unacceptable. The attitude here felt like: *figure it out yourself or don't bother us.* If I wanted to be treated like an inconvenience, I'd shop online--at least then I wouldn't be actively ignored in person. For a store that markets itself as knowledgeable and customer-focused, the service was shockingly poor. Ten minutes of standing there with no acknowledgment is not just bad service--it's disrespectful. I won't be wasting my time here again when there are plenty of places that actually value their customers.
