You aren't suffocating yourself within 2 seconds. I had to cool pool plunge a COUPLE of times, just to be able to keep... myself from overheating. Literally, I think the temps were approaching 130-135F -- it was almost too hot to sit on the wood in the sauna, and the steam room was so bad... it wasn't even 1 minute and I was out of there. Stayed maybe 1 hour total. I felt... for the money paid, that isn't worth it.

However, my friend next to me was never asked. The guy was really rough and she said multiple times to go softer because he was really hurting her. Her body language also was showing how painful it was. My lady even had to stop and tell him to go lighter and asked my friend if she was ok. He never went softer. She almost told him to just stop the massage all together. What really got me was after the massage I tipped my lady as I was satisfied. My friend did not tip because she was extremely dissatisfied. And he had the audacity to ask her TWICE for a tip. Saying she needs to tip him. Just because of that I will not be coming back and will no longer recommend this place again.
