I just stayed in one of these cottages with 5 other people and this place is definitely not worth…read morethe price you pay. The only good thing about this place is the great location. That's it. Its way over priced for what crummy accomodations you get. Its a tiny out dated shanty of a place with two bedrooms; one bed in the first, and two beds crammed into the other with two lumpy crunchy plastic covered uncomfortable daybeds in the 'living room' area. If you're tall, you'll be lucky if you can fit into the tiny shower stall that's practically crammed up against the wall. Everything in this place looked like its been there for 80 years. If you get cold, don't bother turning the heat on because its old nasty heating oil that stinks up the whole place in 30 seconds. The cottage next to us had no working heat or hot water. If you're going to be coughing up $150/night to stay somewhere, it damn well better be in better shape than this place. We got hooked up with this place through a friend of a friend type of deal and were told we would be getting a nice discount. We were charged the same rate as anyone else and told this right in front of other guests staying across from us. We arrived on a Friday night at 9 o'clock at night and were charged for an entire day. We were told we would be paid through the following Friday and were informed the following Thursday morning that no, we were only paid through that morning, so we had to leave by 10 o'clock or be charged another $150. The old woman that owns this place is about 90 years old and very rude and has the audacity to charge what she does for this crap hole. Don't waist your money on this place, big mistake!

Stayed here for a conference so rating is for the room and the conference space:…read more Pros: Location, it is right on the water which is super cool. Beautiful view. We didn't stay during peak season but they have a bar on the water which would be cool. My room I stayed in was clean. Cons: The rooms are pretty dated. The bed was uncomfortable. The conference space had water damage with the rugs popping up because of this. Room was super hot but this happens in conference rooms. Food was okay. Location is the best part of this hotel
