This is not a slick modern hotel. This is a classic wonderful warm beautiful comfortable place to stay for a night or much longer. They offer a variety of rooms and lodges, and prices vary accordingly as every room is unique. It has a bed and breakfast feel but it's setup more like a hotel. Every room has its own full bathroom and only coffee and tea is available in the mornings ( super good place for breakfast just down the road a bit) The buildings are a classic vintage heritage style and impeccably well maintained. The hosts are very welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope this review bumps their yelp average up a bit, it deserves it.

Its way over priced for what crummy accomodations you get. Its a tiny out dated shanty of a place with two bedrooms; one bed in the first, and two beds crammed into the other with two lumpy crunchy plastic covered uncomfortable daybeds in the 'living room' area. If you're tall, you'll be lucky if you can fit into the tiny shower stall that's practically crammed up against the wall. Everything in this place looked like its been there for 80 years. If you get cold, don't bother turning the heat on because its old nasty heating oil that stinks up the whole place in 30 seconds. The cottage next to us had no working heat or hot water. If you're going to be coughing up $150/night to stay somewhere, it damn well better be in better shape than this place. We got hooked up with this place through a friend of a friend type of deal and were told we would be getting a nice discount. We were charged the same rate as anyone else and told this right in front of other guests staying across from us. We arrived on a Friday night at 9 o'clock at night and were charged for an entire day. We were told we would be paid through the following Friday and were informed the following Thursday morning that no, we were only paid through that morning, so we had to leave by 10 o'clock or be charged another $150. The old woman that owns this place is about 90 years old and very rude and has the audacity to charge what she does for this crap hole. Don't waist your money on this place, big mistake!
