I went to get gas for my lawn mower and went inside and gave the attendant $12 and told her a pump number. I went out to pump to pump the gas and realized I gave her the wrong pump number. I went inside and let her know, she tried to reset the pump but couldn't reset the pump, she said someone started using the pump . She said there was nothing she could and I just gave someone else $12 worth of gas even though they were paying with a credit card. They then told me if I didn't know what I was doing I shouldn't being buying gas. Granted I am 67 years old but everyone makes mistakes but not even trying to correct the problem is sad. They told me to go get the money from the person pumping the gas. That guy thought he hit the jackpot and offered me a partial payment (like he couldn't afford to correct the issue). The lady working told me to contact the owner, like I know who he is. If you are the owner of the station you should fire the ladies that there were working on 9/29/22 at 1:00pm. You lost my business and I will definitely spread the word about the rude service your employees provide. Hopefully you go out of business.

Saying the artery it is a cluster-f is a slander to all the other cluster-fs that inhabit this great world. Imagine a bumpy ride at 75mph suddenly narrowed by concrete borders forcing you inches from 16-wheelers of gas and 20-ft long rebar vibrating violently as if to fly out at you any second. Imagine a high graded overpass above the city slowly rolling to the right as in a Roller coaster and your sure you are going to fall over, or a loop-da-loop is sure to come. Imagine forks unmarked everywhere, weird turns up and around to go on the opposite lanes as the detours are mindlessly planned; imagine dead stops on a blind curve and fearing the overloaded truck behind you coming in at 60mph. After that this Marathon seems like manna from heaven. It is a nice gas stop actually. It has all the things a good gas stop has. There are plenty of pumps under its sizable overtop. They must have a campground near here as the place has a RV station something I never seen before. Clean grounds, you will not get oil on your lips when you kiss the ground. So if you need a place to rest a bit and have your heart slow down this is your place downriver.

SCAMMER ALERT!! ‼ PLEASE READ & SHARE!!!…read more I was in an accident on the eastside when A driver blew straight through a red light and hit me on my side. I was transported to the hospital for evaluation (I am ok) and while I was at the hospital, my Pops had FRANK'S TOWING RECOVERY tow my truck. They stated they'd tow my vehicle to Wyoming St in Detroit and would contact me the following morning, which they did (contact me). I received a call from "Frank Boyd" stating he wanted to verify my number was correct before having his secretary contact me. His secretary contacted me not too long thereafter. The "secretary" by the name of Mario so happened to be the same person who towed my truck. He called and stated he was calling to collect my insurance info and mentioned Franks Towing Recovery having a collision shop. After speaking with him he did not seem legitimate so I told him I would give him a call back. I did not give him any insurance information and I also did not give him the consent to have my vehicle towed to the collision shop. Today we went to the tow yard listed on the business card and it was a vacant business/lot with no cars. We get in touch with Frank, the owner, and he stumbles over words and says he "forgot it was Halloween" and had my truck towed from Wyoming to Grand Sport Motoring & Collision in Southfield "to be safe". When we arrived to get my vehicle, a $3000 bill was presented to us. The owner stated the bill was handed to him by Frank's but also claimed the vehicle was towed to him in the middle of the night. After reading reviews, Frank's Towing Recovery & Grand Sport Motoring and Collision clearly work together to scam people and their insurance companies. I am not in any position to be scammed and I am beyond enraged. The Southfied police came up to Grand Sport Motoring and all in all, the money had to be paid in order for my truck to be retrieved! I wanted to raise awareness to prevent anyone from going through this with these two illegitimate businesses. I will post pictures to support this post. DO NOT ALLOW FRANK'S TOWING RECOVERY TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE!! Do NOT take your vehicle to GRAND SPORT MOTORING AND COLLISION either! They are all SCAMMERS !!!
