We love our builder who is very well-established, a perfectionist, and has done several projects for us over the past 12 years. Part of our most recent project was building a new garage, and he chose Rich for the installation. When we needed two more garage doors on a different home, it was a no-brainer, and we summoned Rich. We knew that the color we wanted for our doors was not a stock item, and he was right on target with his timeline for installation, following through without delay. Not only was he knowledgeable in helping us make a garage door selection, but it's wonderful to be able to not only deal with a local company, but get firsthand information right from the business owner himself. The ease of communication with Rich has been outstanding.
Once he and his team had completed the installation of two new garage doors, we found that something needed tweaking. Although the issue was NOT the new garage doors at all, but was the sensors that were never installed with the original garage doors, Rich came the very next day and fixed it anyway!
Rich was not only fairly priced, but we got more R-value in our garage doors for less than what other local companies would have charged.
